She put me in contact with Bob and he made the bid process so easy. I had a finalized/signed bid in less than a week and we were able to negotiate a few other items that we wanted! I reached out to Bob via telephone with questions and he was prompt with his response. I found out later that he was actually on vacation when he responded! Holly also hand delivered information packets about the equipment we would be getting installed. The customer service is top-notch! Kent was my favorite company to work with during the new build. I was able to be on site while all the trades were there at the same time, and the Kent team was always the first to greet me when I arrived! We got the runaround from the other trades about when they would start on our home, but as soon as we gave Kent the green light, they showed up and started exactly when they said they would. This was the first time my contractor worked with Kent and he was so impressed. I was unable to be at the initial walk-through, so Holly and Alex made a special trip back out to the house to FaceTime me and make sure I was informed of the plan! They walked through every room, gave me their feedback/suggestions, and answered all my questions. I was confident that I was in good hands! The walk-through was on a Friday where they laid everything out then Alex made the ductwork on Monday and they were off to the races on Tuesday. I can't thank the install team enough, they were working in below freezing temperatures to get the job done! Kent really is a well oiled machine! The new owners, Stacy and Glenn know exactly what they're doing! New construction is full of twist and turns but I want to give a huge thank you to Holly, Bob, Alex, Zack, and Stacy for making this experience the easiest and most smooth part of the construction process!

I was using my home warranty program, so JL Mechanical was assigned to me as their vendor. I had a new furnace installed and JL Mechanical kept me updated with the date of service plus text messages to remind me and give me a link to track my installation team members. They also email you a snapshot of those who will be doing the installation work. Robert was my guy and he was intelligent, patient, friendly, and answered all my questions. In fact, I've had repairs and installations done in my house before but the entire work area and my house was completely CLEANED UP when they were done. (I can't say the same about Comcast when they drill a hole in your wall) Everything is working great - it's been a few days now and I have HEAT - in fact, the new furnace is even quieter than the previous one and I can't even tell it's running. Took two phone calls and 6 minutes to connect to an actual human.The things meant to help are harming us. Pay people, not machines. Regarding machines, the plumber took a quick look and confirmed it was the fill value not doing the job. Something I told my mom I could fix easily with a part from ACE. He quoted $368 for a rebuild, which didn't need to be done. I replaced the flapper and chain about a 6 months prior. Not only is this an easy DYI fix with a $20 part, but he tossed the 6 month old flapper and chain. He tossed the work I just did. THIS DID NOT NEED TO BE DONE and it's insane to charge that much. It already costs members $69 to come out, and $368 is with the member discount. I am not the home owner, so I have no say so in approving the work. I have builder friends and my neighbor (HOA) agreed the price is insane. $437 to fix a $20 problem. This is 2026 and my mom is on a very limited fixed income. I spoke to Ben the manager, asked for a breakdown. If the up-charge was the parts or labor. He said there is no break down and that's what it costs. I could not have been more angry with these people. If you know nothing about plumbing, than learn. Because it ridiculous to be charged that much for something so easy to fix.

The tech took care of the clog and cleaned up after him self, final cost very expensive even after the coupons. The Plumber showed up a couple hours later (while everyone was sleeping) and replaced the flange and 90° fitting in the crawl space (very noisy) and reinstalled the toilet, the price he quoted was shocking, it seemed strange that he was able to negotiate the price down to $575 which was still very expensive. Overall complaint would be cost and the plumber left a bit of a mess, he left the toilet bolts long and didn't reinstall the bolt covers.
