They barely answered their phone, and after many calls, someone finally responded and promised delivery by 6:30 PM. Because of the delay, I had to ask all of our guests to wait before eating, and the photographer had to stay longer since the engaged couple needed to take pictures with the cake first. The cake was not delivered until 8:00 PM, after the party was already over. I was later told that the driver had serious health issues and was in a coma. While I am sympathetic to anyone facing a medical emergency, the bakery should have communicated with me honestly and made alternative arrangements instead of leaving me waiting for hours with no clear information. To make matters worse, the cake arrived partially melted, and they used artificial flowers for the decoration without informing me beforehand. The final product did not look as expected at all. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially for such an important event. I would not order from them again.
