The service was personal, honest, and great. We had a very old jacket that was half leather and half cloth. The owner personally called after the person at the desk said he would to let us know if he could clean it. He did a wonderful job as he said he would, and it cost exactly what he said (and not an arm and a leg). I am now going to take all of my regular dry cleaning here. read more

Love this little dry cleaning place and the man who runs it! 2 days before Christmas I found out I was having company stay the night at my house and I discovered my cat had been using my spare room as her own. I called Mega Dry Cleaners to see when they could have a down feather comforter cleaned. He said "Oh I can get this to you by tomorrow!" He saved the day. I dropped it off that night and picked it up the next day, nice, clean, and cat hair free! My husband takes all his work clothes here and I take all my nice dresses here as well. I don't have one bad thing to say about this place. We will continue using them as long as we live close by. Great customer service, timing, friendly staff, and clean establishment. read more

Someone needs to call me ASAP. We paid to pick up my clothes next day. They told us to pick up after 5 pm and when we showed up they were closed at 5:30. You are closed Sunday and I need my clothes for a business trip that I need to leave for on Monday. This is unacceptable, I need my clothes today!!! read more

PLEASE DON'T USE THIS DRY CLEANERS!!! LOST MY CLOTHES... I've been having my dry cleaning done here for over a year. This past week, 2 of my pants were not returned. The owner told me that it was impossible for them to misplace my pants. He spouted off repeated excuses and had no customer service skills to deal with this situation. I attempted to use this cleaner 3 times since it is close to my house. First, I defy anybody to believe the owner has any customer interaction skills whatsoever. Very grumpy and curt. But I went back since every person has their demeanor and personal skills. Brought in 6 shirts to clean. Picked them up and when I got home and was hanging the shirts, two of the shirts had an issue. One had a stripe like from I presume a dry cleaning wand (or something), the second one had a clear color difference from the left side to the right side from something leaching into the wash I presume. So I stopped in with the two shirts to discuss the issue. I laid the shirts out, started my story in a professional way, BUT before I got to my 4th sentence I was basically thrown out. It was a very quick, aggressive and obvious defensive reaction. I tried to continue the conversation, but was ignored and told me it was time to go. Everybody had a bad day, but this person apparently never has a good day, regardless of issues. I moved on, and found a place within a mile that actually greets me with a smile when I enter. Save yourself a head ache! On Saturday February 2nd 2019, I took in two dress pants for zipper changes and to re-stitch the hems on all four legs. When I dropped them off, I was told they would be ready Tuesday after 5pm and I paid the amount due, based on their fees. When I arrived on Tuesday, I was told they werent "in yet" and they would be in the next day. I waited until Thursday to pick up, and when I arrive the pants were ready but there was an additional $12 due. Apparently, it is $6 per leg and not per pants. Something I was not told about. When asked if there was something to do about the charge, as my pants were a day late from the promised time, the gentleman explained that I was only charged for one hem and not 2. Mind you the pants needed restiching, there was no measuring or cutting involved like a normal hem. I am beyond dissatisfied and beyond irate! After the first time they did me wrong, I should have learned my lesson. Gave them the benefit of doubt, SHAME ON ME! read more
