I purchased the product went home replaced my air filter and then started reading the directions on the use of the headlight restoration kit, very simple and easy to apply. I completed the job in about 45 minutes with very minimal effort and the end result is absolutely amazing, it's not often that I buy a product that I'm so impressed with so I thought I'd share it for the next person. But stupid things like that, and the cashier just looking at me like I'm weird and just making weird faces and remarks like "uhh, yeah no".... Like learn some customer service communication skills. I also asked if they could install it and he said if I got there before 4:30 in the afternoon, they would do that for me. Now, I KNOW that is not what they do and they honestly shouldn't do it, but I ALSO know places like this have great employees who are willing to go above and beyond to help a customer, and they sometimes will do things like this. However, the day I arrived, no one was willing to do that. In fact, I asked first if we could test the battery to make sure that was the problem and they agreed. But they repeatedly couldn't get the testing equipment to function properly. It kept erroring out. One gal even said with my type of car you had to wait 10-15 mins and then try again. So we did that and it still wouldn't get a reading. Remarkably, the gal was more than willing to sell me a battery anyway, but would not install it. Sorry, but I'm not going to purchase something if I'm not even able to tell if that's what the actual problem is. Doesn't make much sense. Maybe it was an off day, but I'm more inclined to take my business elsewhere in the future.

Despite informing CSF about this and offering to provide documentation, they told me there was nothing they could do for me--no effort to assist at all.
