Went in to have my battery checked, I'm disabled and can't lift anything, I asked if they could check my battery and they refused to help me! Been going to NAPA for many years and I am very disappointed with their lack of service today! The employee who didn't want to help me needs to change his work ethics. Really bad at communication, we came from riverside and were promised a price match as a shop then we get to place and were told no the short guy with the glasses and old white guy are ridiculous and need to be more clear instead of wasting time. As a commercial customer do not take their promises serious they will lie to u about the price. I have been working on cars all of my life. Back, then Car's had carburetors. NAPA Auto Parts has been around for a very long time. They have outlasted all of the aftermarket auto parts stores all these years. Some of those stores that come to mind are Chief Auto or Kragen. The parts sold at Napa Auto Parts are much better quality than AutoZone or O'Reilly's Auto Parts. read more

The one star is simply for the customer service in this shop. This store has a great selection of items needed to complete my job unfortunately no one is willing to even acknowledge you in the store. I walked up to an empty register just to be told by the employee he is on lunch and walked away. The assistant manager Tom was not much more help. I told him the specific item I was looking for just to be told to go look for it down the aisle I had just finished searching for the item. He then confirmed the item was in the back and had me wait. After about ten minutes he told me the guy that operates the fork lift went to lunch and I would have to wait about another 15 minutes. Poor customer service. read more

You charge me an extra bulb as my bill came out to be $261. Then take off the extra bulb and then still the price goes to $253. What hell. I have the paper!! Asst manager needs to train this lady as it's obvious she doesn't know what custoner service is. If ur just a register lady, then u get the help to get things sorted out. Also, say "sorry" for possible mistakes that u or other personnel that work for the company. U guys screwed up my day n not i've missed my traffic window to avoid the heavy traffic. I would suggest to review the online order reservations. I truly doubt it's a glitch in system, it's just know properly known HOW to get things.. or the lack or people that do this that people get rusty on the process. If it is an issie within the company online vs. the.brick n mortar, then stores hsould be reporting that.. not customers to deal with the frustration and the act if making like it's our fault. Confirmation email means confirmation. Now, "well, u did this order online yesterday, so that's why we're having trouble" Maybe infor.corporate that the system is slow to inform actual store. I called in for a oil filter and I gave him the filter number. His reply was, "this filter, kn-138, is napa part number blah blah blah." He said it in a corrective tone and just pause for my response. So I waited for like 10 secs and said, "ok..... so do u have it?" He said he had 1 left in his warehouse and it cost $17.99. I dont remember the filter being that pricy but whatever, they are the only store locally that has it in stock at the moment. So I asked him where his warehouse is located so I needed it asap. Called and needed 1 caliper confirmed year make model and took core to location. Drove 30 miles back to home to find out it's wrong one. Drove back to Ontario and made sure bracket fit pads I had then drove home to dind out it's for a 17" rim not 16" rim like I told them. Now I can't get it repaired until I take care back again to Ontario and get the caliper somewhere else. Horrible experience read more

Horrific Services! I called (951) 360-0192 looking for auto parts. Tom answered and I told him what part that I wanted. He put me on hold for 2.5 mins. without saying a word. When he came back, he asked what part I was looking? I immediately knew he went to turn on his computer, that was 10:12a.m. When I asked why did he put me on hold? He heatedly argued to defend his agitated behavior, cut me off and yelled at me. He was hostile, combatant, egoistical, paid no attention to my purchases, and anti-customers. I ordered a fan clutch then called to find out if it was in, was put on hold for 4 minutes before I hung up and called back. Part was in, so I go down there and stand in one line for 10 minutes without any help then finally walk over to counter where the 3 counter girls are giggling and finally get some half-assed help. I was also told the tool rental would be $100 then they charged me $200 so I mentioned it to them and a manager knocked off $40 on the clutch for me (so I'm giving them 3 stars as that is a 28.5% discount). 2 extra stars for saving me money! read more

In 2018 bought what I thought was a brand new engine after the first oil change the engine blew I went back to the company complete auto where the engine was installed I found out they where a napa care centre it had been sold i was furious i called napa i was told many thing and eventually got a new engine found out it was from a company from texas omg i was horrified as i live in canada. First oil change the oil after 1000 km was pitch black with an orange tint to it oh that's my radiator fluid found out on my brand new engine it was rebuilt heads they put on I was mad again as every rebuilt head I ever put on this truck are garbage I didn't want that at all I paid for brand new 3600.00 and this is what I get. So napa stops talking to me they passed me to the company from texas ATK I thing they are called, I work with them my mechanic was told to ship the heads thru napa with the gaskets in there as well I whitness all of those. I'm told by texas company that no gaskets showed up and they tested the heads anyway and found nothing wrong yeah right seeing as we put a straight edge against the heads ourselves and where horrified to see how warped they where you can see the light pass by the straight edge so I talk to the top guy at napa and he himself was horrified and sent new heads gaskets fluids etc great well still garbage rebuilt heads and guess what there leaking rad fluid into my oil again and now after driving my truck for one winter season my engine is carbon locked so now the warranty is up so I'm stuck with this napa garbage dont buy there garbage save yourselves much fighting and heartache and find a better mechanic then anything from napa scam artists read more

If the District manager for this location ever asked his manager why the distribution walk-in sales are down, he may want to watch his staff in action. On a typical day you have 7-10 people waiting in line and about 3-4 staff members helping. Seems like a good ratio for customer service until you realize the lack of knowledge and since of urgency by staff. I would equate the level of service to the DMV. The one difference being customers leave and take their money elsewhere like I have so many times. I would hope you improve your training processes to better equip your employees with the tools to capture all the market share you lose to online business. read more

Customer service here is horrible, I shop here only because it is close to where I work, but I'm done! Today, I stopped in, I was the only customer in the store and was told by a back counter guy that "someone" would assist me and disappeared - 15 min later, I just left. I went to this napa on 8/9/15 and stood in front of Hector the napa employee for at least 5 minutes. He was behind the counter typing or pretending to be doing something. He did not even acknowledge me. He knew I was in front of him as he saw me walk up to the counter but immediately carried on to his computer. The proper thing would have been to tell me ill be with you in just a moment. After that experience I just walked out the door and went straight to autozone. I just moved here to Ontario after this experience ill stick with Autozone and O'Railleys, they can continue to have my business as they have never failed me. read more
