I also asked if they could install it and he said if I got there before 4:30 in the afternoon, they would do that for me. Now, I KNOW that is not what they do and they honestly shouldn't do it, but I ALSO know places like this have great employees who are willing to go above and beyond to help a customer, and they sometimes will do things like this. However, the day I arrived, no one was willing to do that. In fact, I asked first if we could test the battery to make sure that was the problem and they agreed. But they repeatedly couldn't get the testing equipment to function properly. It kept erroring out. One gal even said with my type of car you had to wait 10-15 mins and then try again. So we did that and it still wouldn't get a reading. Remarkably, the gal was more than willing to sell me a battery anyway, but would not install it. Sorry, but I'm not going to purchase something if I'm not even able to tell if that's what the actual problem is. Doesn't make much sense. Maybe it was an off day, but I'm more inclined to take my business elsewhere in the future.

Despite informing CSF about this and offering to provide documentation, they told me there was nothing they could do for me--no effort to assist at all. The radiator began leaking just over a year after installation, with leaks appearing at the seams, clearly indicating a quality problem. Based on this experience, I would advise steering clear of this company, as their customer service and willingness to help are non-existent.

Eddie, the son's owner was willing to stay after hours to wait for my car to be dropped in their garage. AAA took over 2.5hrs to get to the garage, I dropped the key in the slot. I wasn't from Upland, had to pay for a hotel, pay for my food and my lfyt rides to get an around.
