During my first visit (around the COVID period), I was given a promotional card for a large discount if I came back soon. It honestly seemed too good to be true, but I returned a few days later to use it. When I got there, they suddenly said the promotion didn't apply and that I had to pay full price. It was the same employee who gave me the card, and he even called his boss, but the explanation kept changing. In the end, they refused to honor the promotion they gave me. I still went through with the appointment because I already felt awkward leaving. After multiple add-ons and charges, the total came out to over $400 for the facial and services. The services themselves were average at best, and they were extremely pushy about a large tip afterward. The whole experience felt like shady business practices, misleading promotions, pressure to spend more, and pressure to tip big. The spa environment itself was also pretty unappealing and felt more like a warehouse than a relaxing spa. Overall, it left a very bad impression. I'll never return.
