This studio is located behind Encinitas Bier Garden and Vuori. Inside is very spacious and equipment is clean. Personal loops are required however you are able to borrow one at the studio. Music is fun and upbeat. Instructor was upbeat and fun! She demonstrated a few exercises and it helped having others to model after. Thank you!

No matter how I was feeling, I knew that attending Kelly's class would absolutely improve my spirits and elevate me. Her unique energy and style are cathartic. Being with her for an hour is better than months of therapy. In the past 5 years while going to Kelly's Zumba, I have gone through great loss; the passing of my beloved Mother & my closest Brother, I have gone through heartbreak, tragedy and trauma as well as so many triumphs. On those days that were hardest where I felt like I could barely put one foot on front of the other, being with Kelly was my salvation. I have tried to express to her, and know countless others have as well, how much she impacts the lives of all of us, her disciples .She is AMAZING. Being older now, that reminiscent feeling of being in a club, dancing until you leave it all on the floor was a thing of the distant past. Kelly brought that feeling back for me. Her class is like the hottest club and you're there with all your best friends having the time of your life. Then right after, all of us can go back to our normal lives of work, kids, family, responsibility, chores, etc., fully recharged. On a last note, when I began attending, I had 2 left feet. I was not a dancer, not graceful and felt nothing but awkward moving my body to music. Kelly has turned all of her students, I am proud to say myself included, into graceful, funky, cool, sexy dancers with flavor! There is no floor Pilates or yoga in this particular studio. There are two large rooms with reformers, and the studio is bright, airy, very modern, and very clean. I've been having trouble losing post partum weight after two kids. After getting the foundation of doing 75hard, I wanted to make sure I still kept my fitness routine going so my friend dragged me to OTF. It was the extra push I really needed. All the coaches are great. Coach Anthony is probably my favorite and the one I go to the most as he pushes me and makes sure we all are having correct form. I love that they have challenges and have benchmarks so you can see that you've been improving. I am the strongest and fastest I've been in my life! Fearful that it would be too much for me at 57, I gave it a shot anyway -- making it my one indulgence in public after getting vaccinated. While it was quite the challenge at first, I quickly signed up for twice a week. After six weeks, I've found this chore turning into a craving, so now I've upgraded to an unlimited plan. While I've taken most of my late afternoon classes from Will, I've also taken classes from Grace, Taryn, and Jaden. All are great. They challenge me when they see I can take more, but let me throttle back a bit when it gets too much. It's just the right amount of a push that I need. Best of all, I've already lost eight pounds, I feel way better, and I know I'm doing something good for myself.

Every instructor always asks if you have any injuries before the class and helps modify. The great instructors tell you exactly how to hold your body position to avoid injury and exactly which muscles should be firing. It is my morning-sore-bone-elixir. Every time I go, I feel better than before I got there. And if you are lucky enough to take class with Annie, you will definitely be entertained and have all the stress fly away as you bring the corners of your mouth up towards your eyeballs.
