Priya (the electrolysis) did an awesome job doing my eyebrows. It will hurt at first but you will get use to the pain. A couple of treatments and I noticed the hair took long to grow back and it also grew back in less numbers! So now it takes about a month for the hair to grow back. This is a permanent solution and a couple more treatments, I don't need to worry about my eyebrows being messy! What is most disappointing is that this is not an isolated issue. There are multiple reviews from other customers describing similar experiences with her. During one of our interactions, she told me she had been the manager for four years, and despite the ongoing complaints reflected in those reviews, the level of customer service I experienced never improved. For a business that relies so heavily on customer relationships, the way customers are treated at the front desk is just as important as the quality of the services being provided. It's unfortunate that such a positive experience with the estheticians is overshadowed by poor management. The final straw came when my services were canceled because of a private conversation I had with a former employee. That conversation was never made public, yet it was shared with management and used as the basis for ending my services. I found it deeply unprofessional to act on secondhand information from a private conversation rather than address any concerns with me directly. Rather than reaching out to discuss my concerns or taking any accountability for my repeated negative experiences, I simply received a message informing me that my private conversation had been shared and that I was no longer welcome at that location. There was no phone call, no conversation, and no effort to understand or address the issues I had experienced. If you're considering this location, I encourage you to read the reviews for yourself. My experience was consistent with many of the concerns other customers have shared. A generic, automated response to negative reviews indicating "you're looking into it" does not resolve the underlying issues or improve the customer experience. I can wholeheartedly recommend Dolly and the estheticians who provide excellent service, but my repeated experiences with management have left me unable to recommend this location.

I had a confirmed reservation under a 24-hour window, received a text at 1:35pm the day before stating my appointment was confirmed (no reply requested), then a separate store-sent text at 5:10pm asking for a YES/NO reply within a few hours. I missed that second text and my appointment was cancelled the next morning with a 50% cancellation fee charged -- despite already having a confirmed reservation. When I went in to discuss this with the manager, Talesha, her explanation was that the first text is an automated corporate message and the second is a separate store confirmation, and that since I've received these texts for years and it's all logged in their system, missing one was my fault. But by her own policy, this second confirmation request came less than 24 hours before my appointment -- so was I supposed to sit by my phone waiting to reply the moment it came in, knowing I'd already be inside the no-cancellation window regardless? That's not a reasonable expectation, and it doesn't match what actually happened on 2/27, when I only received the automated message with no store confirmation text at all, and wasn't charged. She also told me that even if I opt out of texts, they would force me back into opt-in so they could enforce this policy on me. I have texted STOP in the past and it confirmed I was opted out -- so either that was false, or they're overriding customers' opt-out status without telling them. Either way, that's a serious problem. When I asked for this to be looked into and showed her the message timeline on my phone, she called me rude and tried to end the conversation. Meanwhile, two staff members and herself at the front desk were loudly talking and laughing while I was trying to receive my service. Completely unprofessional. I've seen some bad reviews here, not sure why she's still there when so many customers experience her bad services and attitude.

She explained the room was cold but she'd get me in and out and that's exactly what she did. Because of my temporary disability and my inability to turn on my back, lift my legs etc...a Brazilian wasn't possible so we did a full bikini. The wax/ removal was painful because my routine was off laying in a hospital/ rehab for 3 months.There are packages available at economical prices so that you can get into a great hair removal routine and products you can buy to target specific areas to support you in that. Overall, I'm really happy that this service is in Jamaica and that the workers are so incredibly professional and conduct business the way they do- communicating well about the service and handling customers with care and empathy. The lady didn't even clean up the eye lash and eye lash glue in my eye until I asked her to. I left with eye lash glue residue in my eye and my eye has been irritated since. On the other hand, the eye brow threading was really nice. The two stars is for the eye brow threading experience and lash extension experience.
