My clutch went and when I got estimates for replacing it I was surprised by how high they were and how "extensive" I was told the repair needed to be. Since the value of the car was less than $3000, spending money on unneeded repairs made no sense. Scott Cohen (at this Mavis shop) has done other repairs and maintenance for us and even though it's a bit of a hike I decided to give him a call. Wow is all I can say. Less than half of what the others quoted and he was able to resurface the flywheel. I truly can't thank him enough. An honest guy in a business not know for it. The repair was as promised. Done on time and in budget. The store is clean and the staff is very polite. Definitely worth 5 stars.

An hour and a half and $25 to tell me they can't service my car, which Firestone Marlton had absolutely no problem doing. I wouldn't recommend Mt Ephraim Firestone to anyone. I made an appointment online and had some difficulties with getting it confirmed, but once that was sorted, arrived early. I was taken care of promptly and was told they were running a bit behind but would do their best to see me quickly. I hung out at their very tiny lounge that probably wouldn't be suitable for a bigger job, so plan for a ride accordingly if you're going in for something that requires investigation. The alignment process was really speedy and I appreciated that the man who helped me at the counter actually talked me out of an expensive fix to try to get my alignment absolutely perfect because it was expensive and not really worth the effort. (From what I was told, Toyota has bolts that can't be aligned outside of the dealership that, if not too misaligned, is better off leaving alone.) Looking forward to coming back to this shop for my next oil change and alignment!

Some places said there was a 1 hour plus wait, others said the charge was over 60 dollars! I have a basic 4 cylinder car that doesn't require anything fancy. Heck, if I had the tools I'd change the darn light myself. So I called Naz, nice little place that has evening hours. I told them the sun is setting, my light bulb is out, and all the other places I called are being ridiculous. The person I spoke with warmly reassured me that changing my light is simple, he'd pull a mechanic off another job and have the whole thing done in 20 minutes. He even chuckled at the stories I told him about the other places. You'd think I had spiffy Audi light! I came here, basic small shop, filled with car maintenance tips and a friendly staff. There's a TV in the waiting room. Next door there is a subway, shop rite, and a few other things so you could always wonder off if you were coming in for the works. When my light was replaced, they advised my oil change sticker was over due, but I declined the oil change because I monitor it using the gage on the dash. I thought that was friendly of them to ask. Good place, I'd go back here again.

By the way the key fob still doesn't work the check engine light is still on as well as other indicators that they caused. I had a 2013 with 159000 miles on it I had a mechanic tell me the truck was in good condition. After taking it to Charlie's I had to pay it off and get rid of it they messed my truck up and kept acting like they were fixing it but in reality they were causing more issues this is a horrible auto shop and if you want stress and headaches along with empty promises lies and unskilled mechanics breaking things that were not broken and unable to fix the issues this is the best place for you!!! oh I almost forgot and charging fees for their disgusting horrible service!
