I had it checked out by a friends uncle that owned an auto shop the very next day because I was worried there's some type of leakage and he told me it just looked like they spilled some oil and didn't clean it up from the previous visit I had at the same Valvoline.... I've never had to even checked under my own hood since it's basically brand new, 3 yrs from the dealership. The visit was pretty rude cause they insisted that it wasn't them and it was something wrong from my end. Makes me kinda sad that they'll have 3 guys basically accuse one girl of going in and putting in oil herself. I'm the only person that drives this car and I don't live with family... The store manager and tech were both very friendly and helpful and did NOT try to upsell me on anything else. So I haven't seen any evidence of what some others are upset about. After inspection, the store manager, Joseph, recommended that I replace all four tires. Based on his professional recommendation, I purchased four new tires along with tire insurance. The total cost for tires, installation, insurance, fees, and tax was $766.09. Approximately 1.5 hours after picking up my vehicle, the low tire pressure warning light appeared. I immediately returned to the store. A technician initially suggested a possible nail in the tire; however, after inspection, no puncture was found. I was then told that one tire had simply been underinflated. Within a few days, the same warning light reappeared, and I returned again. At that time, Joseph stated that the issue was related to a valve body, which was replaced. Despite this, the problem continued. On December 18, 2025, after repeatedly inflating the two rear tires every 4-5 days due to pressure loss of 10-20 PSI below the manufacturer recommended 33 PSI, I returned to the store. I was told that the valve cores were loose and that the issue had been fixed. However, the two rear tires continued to deflate, requiring adding air every 2-3 days. On February 2, 2026, the rear driver-side tire measured 21 PSI, and the rear passenger-side tire was completely flat, despite the recommended pressure being 33 PSI. I brought the vehicle back to the store yet again. During this visit, Joseph stated that they identified additional costly work that he believed was needed (battery, wiper blades, TPMS sensors). I made it clear that my sole concern was resolving the ongoing tire deflation issue, which was the original reason for my visit in April 2025. I was told that no leaks were found, despite the persistent and ongoing problem. I then requested tire replacement under the tire insurance I had purchased, given the unresolved issue. Joseph informed me that the tires would be prorated and that I would still be required to pay installation fees. A tire losing 10-20 PSI or becoming completely flat when the correct pressure is 33 PSI represents a serious safety concern. After nearly ten months, multiple visits, and repeated assurances that the issue was fixed, the problem is still ongoing. This situation is completely unacceptable and below a reasonable standard of care. If you don't want to waste your time, money and to get a headache, stay away from this location.

We then took the truck to Ford for a second opinion and were told that parts and valves had not been properly reattached during the original repair, and the leak had not actually been resolved. Rather than paying Ford for additional repairs, we gave this shop the opportunity to correct the issue themselves. Unfortunately, the problems continued. After the truck later broke down and was towed back to the shop, we learned the repairs still had not been properly completed and the valve covers needed to be replaced again. What made this experience even worse was the manager's response when we tried to address the issue professionally. Instead of taking accountability or attempting to resolve the situation, we were told, "Take me to court, I'll be there waiting for you," before he hung up the phone. We also contacted corporate, only to find out the locations are independently owned and corporate cannot enforce refunds or resolutions. This has been one of the worst experiences we've had with an auto repair business. We gave this shop multiple opportunities to make things right and were met with poor workmanship, lack of accountability, and extremely unprofessional customer service. This is nothing like one of those quick lube (iffy lube) places. They don't try to sell you stuff you don't need. They will check all your fluid levels and tire inflation. If you get an oil change, you can add a car wash for $5 and it is a full service wash, and they clean the carpets and interior glass. You can go just for the wash as well and its the best wash in town.
