I said...i just told you what it was. So he looks up God knows what and says "$2500 or $1100. Just for the part because its connected to your catalytic converter " "No. It isnt. My intake manifold is not attached to anything dude" He proceeds to tell me how he "isn't an asshole"..but that "this here is the part..attached to your CC" I roll my eyes and said..."that's my exhaust manifold. I never even mentioned exhaust. Thank you for your time. Im leaving" "No. Um. Well I have your info if you need us" "I wont" Took car to another very reputable shop...free diagnostics. I was right and it was fixed for AT LEAST Half..the price Rayco quoted me. The part? $300 Diagnostics $0 So right there...I saved $950 Quit messing with women. Some of us come from a long line of mechanical people. I know the difference between an intake manifold...and...an exhaust. Besides the $800 price difference in the parts. They honestly thought...that i would pay..that much money FOR THE WRONG PART. AND THEN WHAT??? $400+ FOR THE RIGHT ONE? I should report this to the BBB.. Oh...and Jacob(the owner. His phone was off and he was unavailable to give authority do a diagnostic for free..but that is ok I learned my lesson..for free...because I'm not just a female...I know what I'm looking at under a hood of a car. You should all be ashamed of yourselves. Acting like you are doing people a good service...and the guys in the garage bay are using all kinds of colorful words...and attempting to screw over a woman. Even after I told him he was looking at the wrong part that needs replacing. Stay away...especially if you are a woman....bring your hubby..brother. dad. Anyone .

Be sure to do your research before you take your car in for repairs here as only 30 miles after…read morechanging the fluid in my transmission it failed and they gave me no reason for the failure as the tec doing the work said the original fluid was clear no burnt smell or particles in it but they charged me $6629.00 for a rebuilt transmission and within a day it developed a vibration between 35 and 40 mph. I researched it with Jasper Transmissions who did the rebuild and also with the Tex's at Wall Ford and both said it was a common problem that could be rectified with a $14 fluid additive that takes about 10 minutes to install. I informed Bradley's of the vibration problem and of the conversations with Ford and Jasper and dropped my vehicle off believing they would just add the additive and Gary of Bradley's. Gary phoned me later saying he wanted me to take my truck to a specialist, which I was to pay for, claiming it was probably something in my differentials or transfer case. When I restated to Gary that it was a problem only between 35 and 40 mph and if it was to do with other parts of the drive system it would not appear and then disappear it would be constant. Gary was arrogant and argumentative I believe because I had taken the intuitive to research the problem and told he's as they had just charged my over $6000.00 for a transmission that Bradley's should resolve the issue. Gary said he would but he would charge me for it, I was taken aback by his arrogance and then he said "why don't you do it yourself" and "put that stuff in and let me know how you make out". Between my wife's car and my truck over a 2 months period we paid Bradley's over $10,000.00 in repairs, well because of Gary's ignorance, arrogance and narcissistic attitude they lost two good customers we will never go back there. warning even with the other good reviews do your investigation of your vehicle problem before giving Bradley's a chance to do your work. After confirming with both Ford and Jasper Transmissions I purchased the additive and installed it myself, problem fixed so Bradley's lost 2 customers for $14 and 10 minutes work seems a bit stupid to me and totally not in the interest of good customer relationship.

Location has several jobs already in the shop. Gentleman tells it will be a while. A while turned into just under two hours. I am there for a tire repair, which they fixed. I needed new wipers and gave them the add on sales. I asked for a high end wipers. I was informed they were $50, ok. Big mistake. $105 for the wipers and $50 to install. Tire repair $29, total bill over $200. Live and learn.

The…read morecompany I own, Goldfinch Services, has been doing business with this location for years--they service and repair our seven company vehicles--so I assumed it would be a reliable place to bring my personal car. I thought they could be trusted. I was wrong. When I brought my car in, they told me there were no leaks or issues with the radiator. They said a basic radiator flush and water pump replacement would fix the problem and charged me approximately $900 for the service and parts. Unfortunately, this was completely inaccurate. There was nothing wrong with either component. I brought the car back, understandably upset. The manager, Mike, said he had personally inspected the vehicle multiple times and suggested I take it to the dealer. I followed his advice and took the car to an Acura dealership, where I was told that the third and fourth cylinders needed to be replaced along with the head gasket. There was a major engine issue all along, and the radiator flush and water pump replacement had essentially been unnecessary. To confirm, I took the car to a second Acura dealer and received the same diagnosis from their master technicians. In other words, Mr. Tire performed unnecessary work to charge me, rather than properly diagnosing or communicating the actual issue--something they only acknowledged after I returned. A few weeks later, after the engine repairs were completed, I noticed the heat was no longer working. The Acura dealer kept my car for another week, ran extensive tests, and flushed the system multiple times (at no charge). They ultimately concluded that the aftermarket water pump installed by Mr. Tire was the problem. I contacted Mr. Tire, and Mike told me verbatim: "If you bring me the part back and a copy of the work they did, I will issue a refund." I was not even pressing them about the unnecessary work at this point. I returned with the part and the Acura report, but he then claimed that was not sufficient. He said there was nothing wrong with the part but that he would send it to the manufacturer for review and, if reimbursed, would then reimburse me. It has now been over two weeks, and I have heard nothing. He has not followed through on what he said he would do. Regardless of whether the part is technically "good" or "bad," it prevented my car from producing heat. That is their responsibility, and this reflects poor business practices. I have documentation, including emails and receipts, to support all of this. As a result, Mr. Tire has lost my company's business, which amounts to thousands of dollars per year in service work, all over an attempt to take $900 from me on my personal vehicle. I would not recommend this location to anyone. In my experience, they perform unnecessary repairs, install subpar parts, and provide poor customer service. Do not bring your car here.
