Ron was down to earth and told me exactly what I needed, he took care of the exhaust problem I had, and he made a minor modification that was necessary to make it work properly, all to pass inspection, and all was well after having the work done there. He knows what he is doing, he has years of experience, and it shows in his work. If you want the job done right, then you can trust Ron to get it done. if he can't do it, he will tell you, and recommend where to bring it to get what you need done, as he is connected within the local community. I say that because he recommended a place to do work on a larger vehicle I have- he did not BS me at all, he was straightforward and told me he could not do it, and I have since had the work done elsewhere on that other commercial vehicle, and I am very, very pleased with the results. In the past I have had companies I feel have taken advantage of the fact that I am a female and I don't know a lot about cars.
