I always go here for my emission inspection and have not had to wait. It is one of the cheapest around and they get you in quickly and tested quickly! Their prices have not changed in the 10 years that I've been going there! $20 is a pretty good price! I've not had to wait very long during peak season maybe 10 minutes at the most. But normally I'm the only one there. The woman that owns it is very professional She always has a nice smile and is very warm and welcoming! You wouldn't expect this kind of treatment and omissions inspection station, but she takes pride in what she does even as Routine as this test might be! and checks my vehicle thoroughly! BE AWARE paid $664 & car is worse than before! $95 for them to look @ it , then she overheard me talking about $600 to rent a car so the total was around $180 then I get a call saying the total will be $570 .. that was odd she acts really nice but she's getting over don't be fooled .. moral of the story my car doesn't drive anymore, then she had the nerve to ask me do I want her to call me when someone is selling a car..what a joke read more

We were out of town and out car broke down from over heating in Marietta Georgia. My husband found an auto shop close by called Meister Lee Auto Repair. 1891 Terrell Mill Rd. We made it to this shop not but two blocks away by a miracle because it was so overheated. These people were absolutely wonderful. They worked on our car no t stop Friday afternoon and all day Saturday to get it done. They knew we were from Indiana and needed to stay in a hotel as long as it was in the shop. They had to turn down work on other cars to get ours done. They were so courteous and explained everything they were doing. I been taking my Mini to the dealership for years and always assumed I would get the best work since Minis are their specialty. One incident my Check Engine light came on and I took it in to the dealer and received a repair estimate from Global Imports Mini of $3200. No, I was not shocked because each time I would take my car in I can expect to end up spending $2,000+ but this one time, I noticed from the estimate a $1200 job in which I recalled having done less than a year prior. I then questioned why did my engine need to be cleaned a 2nd time with the walnut shell process they use twice in one year? Tech looked puzzled, called the Master Mechanic and mechanic told him it was a recommend item due to the work I needed conducted and was standard protocol but that I could omit it. At that point, I lost all confidence in the dealership and decided to go to Meister Lee Auto Repair less than a mile from my work. I presented the repair estimate, Mrs. Lee explained to me how to read the repair estimate and what work needed to be done and the items that I didn't. My repairs went from $3200 to suddenly $600. Wow!!! What a huge difference and they even conducted a few extra items as in an oil change and replace my windshield wipers. I have since used them about 3 times each time my Check Engine light comes on and always spot on, quick turn around time, quickly diagnose and repair the issue all for a fair and reasonable price. This family are the most trust worthy people and business owners I have ever patronize. And that is hard for me to admit as I am not easy to please or impress. I have even taken my car once and was told to wait on getting some repairs done as I still had a longer shelf life on the parts. That to me is an honest mechanic. i purchased my car used and the guy i bought it from recommended this place. my coolant head gasket was busted causing a leak and they fixed it very well. initially charged 95 just to look at it and find the coolant leak but i went ahead and got it fixed there and they finished it in one day. they also did a text drive and a pressure test to ensure everything was alright i have not had any problems since. mrs lee is very knowledge and quick at giving you updates. would definitely recommend them read more

She is always angry or upset. She lies every time you speak to her to get you off the phone. He damaged my transmission for failing to add the seal that was the actual damage. I have spent $2000 on top of what I paid them. I sued them in civil court and won. Mrs. Lee speaks English when you call for service but forgets English when they mess up your car. The lady told me her husband could fix my car and then came out and said he couldn't, then she went back in talked to him and came back again and said he could fix it.
