Atmosphere: This place is absolutely beautiful. When we walked in, we were greeted and seated right away. The waiter was an absolute gentleman. The lighting was perfect, the ambiance was delightful and although there were other couples, the restaurant was set up in a way where the conversations didn't clash and you couldn't barely hear anyone else. Food: We both ordered sirloins. Mine with compound butter and my partner's with mushrooms. She got mushroom risotto and I got the gouda risotto. I ordered a cabernet to go with my steak while my partner got a cocktail that I can't remember but was suggested by the waiter. The salads came out first. Very enjoyable. The steak came out with the risotto and OH MY GOODNESS. I swear this was the best meal I have had in YEARS. That is saying something considering I have how many reviews on here? I try a new place any chance I get and I am just afraid that nothing is going to compare to this meal and then I am going to have get a second job just to be able to afford to eat there every night that they are open and rely on meal replacement drinks for the days they are closed because no solid food will ever flavor quench these taste buds. The risotto was delicious and creamy. Rice was not overdone or underdone, completely perfectly cooked. I think we both preferred the gouda over the mushroom but that didn't stop me from making risotto latkes' with the leftover risotto the next morning. The steak, however, there was nothing left of that steak. It was melt-in-your-mouth and perfectly cooked. Best steak I have ever had and this is the one time I got a sirloin over the filet (the price was significant) but if the sirloin was this good, I can't even imagine how good the filet is. What a fantastic addition to downtown! If you are looking for a nice date night or a place to celebrate something special give this a try. Jonna was our server and she was great - very attentive and full of great suggestions. We had the Korean corn dogs, burrata, French onion soup, sirloin and a pasta dish. Probably one of the best French onion soups of all time folks!! They have a dance club in the back that is pretty hopping on Friday and Saturday. The ambiance is great. They did an incredible job in remodeling this restaurant from what it was before. The interior is beautiful. I forget the name of my server, but the service was great. The food was good. I liked the dry aged steak. I got the bone marrow as an appetizer. It was a small bone, not much marrow. The oysters were small and not really that appetizing. My husband and I went for our 10th anniversary, service was excellent, food was wonderful, although I had SeaBass and couscous and my husband had their pork tenderloin and polenta, once I tasted his I was a little disappointed in mine his was cheaper , had better presentation came under a dome and smoke rose as they took off the dome. Get the bread service it's extra but worth it yum. We got a bottle of wine that was at a great price and very good. We went to the lounge after it was still early 8:30 hardly anyone there , we were sent glasses of complementary champagne for our anniversary and the DJ played several songs we requested. We had a nice experience here, it's a bit different from the other restaurant they are associated with, a bit louder, has a dance floor, more upbeat vibe. We decided to be adventurous, trying an assortment of appetizers instead of entrées. We had a Grand Indulgence, seafood of various sorts, lobster claws, shrimp, oysters and various sauces. We followed that with a Charred Octopus, the pork belly and accompanying veggie slaw was very tasty, next we had a Bone Marrow appetizer, this one fell a little short, the marrow was a bit hard but what we could get was wonderful. We ended the meal portion with a Mushroom Risotto, I can't decide if this or the octopus was the best, I can say, it was wonderful, seasoned perfectly with a nice pepper bite and a variety of mushrooms. We ended the meal with Crème Brûlée, it was equally great. The only negative might be the location, waiting for the valet to bring our car was a bit intimidating, lots of homeless folks wandering about, one in particular felt the need to oink at me, but I suppose since I'm heavy, I'm fair game. read more

What a surprise! We were lucky to catch them with an open table. When you enter the restaurant take a second to view the glasswork with lights. It's truly a beautiful piece. Upon walking to the hostess station a lovely lady with a classy suit greeted us. It was nice to be greeted by someone not 16. Classy experience. As we sat at the bar the bartender engaged us in light conversation and recommended the perfect libations. He is very creative and makes a fantastic cocktail. He also waited on us for dinner. Every time I've been back in Canton this past year, I've made an effort to go to Melange. The ambiance is incredible, the team is extremely helpful and polite, and the food is amazing. I highly recommend the filet or dry aged Delmonico (with the bone marrow butter of course). The burrata mozzarella and bone marrow appetizers are superb as well. read more

The food was all delicious. We had the Korean corn dogs. Outside was crunchy with delicious hot dogs. We had the filet, mouth watering!! We ordered the mashed potatoes on the side( if you like rosemary) also the sea bass, very tasty The cocktails were great! Our server Sam was excellent, thank you! A couple things to keep in mind when trying out this "upscale" restaurant, you have to pay for every dish; salad, sides, entrees, and even bread! I was disappointed that they don't even make their croutons homemade! (Texas Roadhouse does!) and they charge for using a credit card!! What! That should NOT be an extra cost added to the customer when everything else is a separate price and not inexpensive. I feel it just cheapens the establishment to do that. read more

This was our second visit and WOW!!! I am so impressed. I had the grilled octopus again, which is so yummy with pork belly, and I tried the salmon instead of a steak. I am sold! The salmon was fantastic. Sushi grade salmon done medium with a wonderful crust. I could eat this every day! The oysters were fresh and delicious. My husband had the sea bass and it was succulent. The service was on point and we met Emily, one of the owners, who did a marvelous job checking in on the guests. The food and service was was perfect and a great way to celebrate my birthday. I love the valet parking and the cool vibe of this place. We love the sister restaurant, Alexander Pierce, and so happy to see them excelling at food and service. An above-average restaurant may be with some growing pains, but at this price point, maybe should be a little better. Complimentary valet is a nice touch - especially since this was a winter evening. We had made reservations weeks ahead and marked it as my bday celebration. We were initially given a very small table in front of the hostess stand and by the patio door. A half-wall separated us from everyone walking up to the hostesses. Probably the worst spot in the house. No sooner did we sit down than someone came past and stated that they would open up the patio, so we would have to move our table ( which was fine with me). The following table was in a quieter part of the restaurant, which was nice. I still thought it was odd that no forethought was made on this before we were initially seated. It took a bit, but our waiter finally came over and took our drink orders. We figured a leisurely dinner, so no big deal. At some point, the staff member reminded the waiter that it was my birthday ( I heard it and felt a tap on my shoulder). We ordered apps, and the corn dogs were very good! For dinner, I got smoked pork with cheesy grits ( the flavors were really good). My wife got a steak, which was also good. We also ordered peach cobbler for dessert. It was good, but still pretty cold on the bottom. As we were leaving, one of the staff asked how the champagne was, which I just stated we didn't have that tonight ( which I thought was odd until I read other reviews of getting a glass of champagne for a diner's special occasion.) We cashed out and checked out the club bar in the back of the restaurant. It was pretty quiet, so we decided to head out.
