An older gentleman that goes by "T" took care of me. He did a nice job, but his massage on the legs was just rubbing. He did massage one hand and forgot the other, oops! They throw in a sugar scrub on the calves as well as hot stones and of course the hot steamed towels. This is included for a regular pedicure. He almost left my right foot with just one coat of polish. I had to remind him to double coat that one. It was a Monday, so maybe not a good day to go there? There was only one other client in there while I was there and there were 3 technicians - a lady, "T" and I guess the owner (who did nothing but play with his phone). The positives? It's a beautiful shop, nicely decorated with 5 nail technician stations and 6 pedicure chairs and the chairs look brand new. They have the most extensive selection of nail polishes (gel and regular) I have ever seen that covered 3 walls. They seem to have a room to do waxing in and a bathroom. There's a fancy hot towel steam machine too. The downsides? The place is kind of cluttered and needs to be better organized to appreciate the beauty of the interior. Cold water to soak my fingers in (I'm used to most places using warm). I have been used to Chinese technicians and these folks were Vietnamese and not much into massaging. They are closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays (days I typically like to go). After I was all done, then T tried to sell me his reflexology services which I declined. He gave me a sample rub and it felt like the regular massages I got by the Chinese techicians. Then he became a "chatty Kathy" and wanted to talk about real younger girls marrying older men. I thought it was kind of an odd topic to discuss with a new client, especially one who is a Senior. Oh well... I don't think they get a lot of foot traffic in there because it's in an office complex that sets way back from the main highway. I paid $45 for my combo as ALL the prices in our area have shot up since the pandemic.

(Sadly, I cannot remember the girls name that cut my hair that day, but I will follow up with her name in a later message) The place is adorable inside and I loved the decor!! I was in town visiting my parents and needed a cut badly before heading out for vacation. My mom raved about the place and they were able to squeeze me in. In my experience, not many people really handle curly hair well. On top of that, I have a ton of it, so I am always very skeptical with anyone doing my hair. I left feeling great, the way you always do after someone has cut and blown your hair dry, but that is not where I discovered how well she did. I then went on vacation and found that my hair was cut so well, I didn't even need to use a hairdryer!!!!! I didn't even know that could happen!!! It was cut so well that the curls and shape dried perfectly on their own!!! Now, two months later, I still am able to dry and brush my hair with ease. Prior to my cut, just brushing out my tangles was a 30 minute process alone and would stress me out! Thank god I don't have to deal with that anymore!! (I would also like to extend a personal apology to the girl who had an appointment after me who waited for so long. I should have notified them to allow for extra time on my hair and she had to wait while my hair was being blown out...sorry girl!!) 1 STAR I honestly…read morewould NOT recommend this nail salon based on my experience. I came here to get my nails done and was unhappy with how they turned out. The shape and overall finish were not what I wanted, and I felt like the nail tech was rushing toward the end of my appointment. I went back the very next day to give them an opportunity to fix the problem. Instead of listening to my concerns and trying to make things right, the lady immediately became defensive and told me I should have said something the day before. I explained that they looked like they were getting ready to close and that I felt rushed, which is why I came back the following day. What bothered me the most was being told that she didn't see anything wrong with my nails. As the paying customer, I don't think someone else gets to decide whether I'm satisfied with the service I paid for. I clearly explained that I wasn't happy with them. Then I was told they would only fix one hand and not the other. At that point, I didn't even want them touching my nails anymore. I told them to just remove the color, and I decided I would pay another salon to fix them instead. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable. I simply wanted the nails I paid for to look good and for my concerns to be taken seriously. The lack of customer service and the way my concerns were dismissed is the main reason I'm leaving this review. If you're considering coming here, I would personally think twice. If something goes wrong with your nails, based on my experience, don't expect them to be very willing to make it right.
