I bought a large diri kole pwa rouge ak koden (rice and peas with fried turkey) and the rice was soooo dry and tasteless. The turkey was ok but it wasn't the most flavorful as it usually is. My red flag was the sauce! Before paying I held it and asked them if this is the sauce they make and they said yes- but it was just the broth from the meat they cooked. They either poured it directly into the cup or attempted to make a sauce with it and tomato paste but failed miserably. Haitian cuisine is like no other and this restaurant continues to get more terrible overtime. I've been eating here since 2015 and the food taste is currently at its worst. I wasted $14 because I could only eat like 4 bites of it- I lost my appetite for the whole day and gotta reset my taste palette.
