Horrible horrible !! I told them 3x before I left my dog not to touch my dogs hair I only wanted trimming around her legs ,and went I went back to get my baby they had shave her all off!! Without my permission patches all over hair is long around her legs and her ears are all cut wrong!! Now I see why it has a 3.5!!!! read more

The damage is done and the fur is gone. Terrible terrible terrible experience and the only thing I can do is to leave this review in hopes that they improve their business. We brought our 11 month maltipoo puppy and gave them a picture example from their own yelp page to mimic a popular cut they have done in the past. Upon showing the pictures they immediately recognized the cut and called it their "puppy cut". In the pictures, it's clear there is at least 2 inches of fur and also no visible dog skin... We specifically asked them not to cut further than 2 inches and have AT LEAST 2 inches present to have that fluffy puppy look. Instead, they ended up shaving our dog to less than a 1/2 inch. There were even some patches that were almost completely shaved down. One simple EASY solution: Write down the customer's grooming request (duh?). For proactive pet owners... write it down for them so they don't forget as they're busy cutting other dogs/cats. I will NOT be coming back here again. read more

Nice people. Poor service and bad quality. I went today for the first time. I called twice before hand and was quoted $60-65 for my 60lb Golden Retriever; which is ($60) what I'm charged at Petco. So I went ahead and took my dog here since Petco is closed. They ended up charging me $70, which wouldn't have been a big deal, had the service been good. Once you arrive to the place, they don't check/ ask for vaccines or any records. They didn't even ask for her name or gender. Nothing at all. Which can be very dangerous considering all pets are placed in the same crates and dryers. At pick up, the guy attending was nice but the place was a mess. There was hair of all colors everywhere. Our dog had to step through all the hair to get out. She was there for 8hrs, & was clearly dehydrated. Her nose was dry and her mouth/gums were dry as well. (She drank so much water once she got home.) Also! I noticed at pick up that they place all their dogs in small drying cates, looked like a microwave. And the crate was marking 87 degrees F. This is borderline life threatening heat for dogs in enclosed spaces. It is illegal to leave a dog in a car (enclosed space/ not much ventilation) when at or above 90' F. Those crates were basically the same enclosed space. To top it off, the hair trim was bad. One arm had been cut and the other wasn't. It was so clear and obvious. And the hair in her paws was still long. Her fanny looked all choppy. Our girl is a really happy pup, and she was so upset when she got home. The only positive thing I can say is that the customer service of the young man working was good. And our pet did smell good, which I would hope so after $70. read more

Always so sweet and very accommodating to last minute appointments. I usually call the morning of and they can fit me in that day. I have a little yorkie and always ask for a "summer cut" to get her hair really short. When I want it a little longer, I ask for a "puppy cut." They usually take about 3-4 hours to finish, only one time they called me more than 4 hours later. The grooming includes cut, wash, anal glands and nail trimming. My dog always smells so good and looks so cute when I get her back from here. read more

Ugh, I'm not happy with how they groomed my maltipoo puppy AT ALL. It ruined my day. I told them I did not want to shave it all off and leave AT LEAST 2 inches of fur so she's still fluffy... but no... they went ahead and cut so much off - like literally until the hair was 1/2 inch. SERIOUSLY?! I showed them a photo of a "puppy cut" and my dog didn't even come close. My husband went to pick up my puppy and they didn't even know which leash was ours. When I brought her home, I checked her nails/paws and one of her nails were bleeding. It doesn't seem like the people know what they're doing here. I'm just not happy at all with this place and won't be coming back or recommend this place. So frustrating... there's nothing I can do about it except wait months for it to grow back.. read more

My dogs hair was getting really long so I decided to take her in for a trim. I randomly found this location on yelp as I live close by. The staff is so friendly and she came out a very happy dog. I will definitely bring her back here great service and price. They treated her so well which is important as many dog grooming places don't do that. read more

Don't bring your cat here. Not only did they completely shave my Siberian cat without even asking, they did a horrible job of it. It's patchy and uneven. do not come here. they completely shaved my cat when i specifically asked for him to be trimmed and kept long, on top of this the shave is completely patchy and uneven. the owner was very rude when i requested a full refund and started yelling at me. gaslighting me saying a lion cut was the only way to cut cats and that i cant get a refund. the word lion cut never came out of my mouth not ever. do not get your pet gromed from here. my cat is traumatized. and they only refunded me half! i was crying my cat looks insane. read more

The picture of my cats lip would cause horror to the viewers. I do not recommend this place for a cat grooming. My cat already has anxiety and when she came back I was mortified of a big cut she had on her upper right lip. I did not receive a call as to when it happened. I came by picked her up and I received my cat really hurt and bleeding from her lip. When picking her up they just told me she bit her own lip trying to escape but it didn't look like a bite it looked like severe damage had been done. They paid for her vet visit but didn't refund the grooming. Do not take your cats here. read more

UPDATE 6/7: Unfortunately, my dog contracted Kennel Cough from his visit. I should've known when I brought him in and they didn't ask for his vaccine record. The gentleman at the front desk/intake was so friendly and kind, which I really appreciate. He was also working solo and had about 4 dogs come in at the same time, and he did a great job with everyone. However, I just don't think they have the time/manpower to thoroughly clean the crates they hold the dogs in. My poor dog has been hacking his lungs out. I've now accrued a vet bill in addition to his grooming bill. We won't be returning. 6/5: They were SO WONDERFUL with my fearful rescue dog! He was in desperate need of grooming and they gave him the smartest little summer cut. We'll be back! read more

I debated making this review since I've always had a good experience with them - but after consideration I've decided to post my most recent experience. I brought my dog in at around 10:30 to be clipped and they happily took him and said they'd call me when he was finished. Hours and hours went by and 4:45 rolls around and I've yet to hear anything. Luckily I live close by so I walked over to see if they'd just forgotten to call. I see my dog in a cage not clipped just sitting there. He'd been in the cage ALL DAY with no potty breaks and I have no clue if they give them water - and it was a HOT day. They appear to take on way too many dogs at a time and the floor was absolutely covered in all kinds of different colored hair so it appears quite unsanitary. 6 hours in a cage to not even be clipped is absolutely outrageous and dangerous! And then I came home and found out that my pup had fleas on him when he didn't before read more

UPDATE - I ended up at the emergency room with my poor sweet baby. She was burned so bad from the clippers and wasn't able to walk for almost 5 days. She is on the mend and doing so much better now but what was originally a 65 dollar grooming appointment turned into a 300 dollar vet bill. read more

My Bichon Tito loves coming here for grooming. Mina and Luis are friendly, professional and super gentle with the dogs. Great service and care. Mina does a wonderful Bichon haircut. My Maltese Luna) has been a customer for 13 years and it's been wonderful. During the pandemic, Luna fur was matted and although I did my best (terrible job) to keep her fur short, it was difficult to maintain. The employees know Luna and brought her back to life. DONT BRING YOUR PET HERE. EXPECT MISTREATMENT. I brought my cockapoo for a bath/haircut. We arrived early for the pick up and parked in front of the groomers to wait for our pet. I saw the owner (asian old lady) hitting my dog and mistreating him because he was upset about the haircut. SHE ALSO CUT HIS PAW HE WAS BLEEDING. Although my cat came out looking very good, she contracted fleas from this area! I came in for a wash and cut for my senior cat and she came back with an insane amount of fleas and a broken tail! I had to give her a flea bath but because of her age, the vet was not able to amputate her tail and instead had to put her down. I regret taking her to this place as my kitty could have survived had she not been here. They do not even ask for any vet records so it is very possible the animals here could not be vaccinated or could be sick!!! read more

Brought our dog here to get groomed and she left with a good haircut but they nicked and cut her in 4-5 different spots. I am very understanding of the difficulty groomers experience with anxious dogs but there is a point where it becomes dangerous. Most alarmingly, they cut her next to her eyes! It's pretty obvious that the groomer used clippers on her face which is obviously dangerous and not recommended. Either the groomers here are inexperienced or they just don't care to be careful/patient. They could've seriously injured my dog so I wouldn't recommend this groomer to anyone. read more

I'm a first time pet owner. My baby is a cat and I decided to take him here because when I called the shop the front desk guy was nice and informative. The place is small and cozy with parking. They have cages/pods on the side with air, I'm guessing to dry the pets. I went in for him groom and his nails to get clipped. When I got my baby back from the shop he was still shedding when I pet him. It felt like my cat didn't get no type of grooming done. His nails were clipped pretty good. read more
