The care I received was actually individualized here and focused on me as a person, rather than just another client going through a program. I felt heard, respected, and genuinely cared for throughout my time there. What means even more to me is that the support didn't end when I completed treatment. That continued connection has meant so much and has reminded me that there are people who genuinely care about the clients they work with.
