While my initial experience wasn't great, their customer service after the fact definitely made a difference. I'm really disappointed with my experience here on 03/29/26. When I arrived, the space looked clean, welcoming, and professional, so I had high hopes. Unfortunately, the massage itself was the complete opposite. The therapist used an excessive amount of pressure from the start. I asked him to ease up three separate times, but he continued using extremely heavy pressure. I actually enjoy deep tissue massages, so I'm not sensitive to firm pressure--but this was beyond that. It felt like he was digging his elbow into one spot at a time with no flow or technique, making the entire experience painful rather than relaxing. By the time I left, I felt worse than when I came in. Today (03/30/26), I am in significant pain and can barely move around normally. I'm even considering seeking medical attention to make sure my back wasn't injured. A massage should never leave someone feeling this way, especially after clearly communicating discomfort multiple times. I'm extremely disappointed and would not recommend this place based on my experience. I would appreciate being contacted by management to discuss a refund.

There's a nice tranquil environment set inside so you automatically feel a bit more relaxed just from sitting inside. From the relaxing sounds of water flowing to the moment you close your eyes and feel another set of hands working on you - you just know. Know that you're in heaven. Most of the times that I've gotten a massage, I love it. And like most of the other times, I loved my experience here. The staff was friendly but the best part about this place wasn't that - it was the fact that my wallet still felt like the size it came in! While a little more time was spent on the back, it felt appropriate. No other parts were shorted because of it. I'll definitely go back. Well worth the money.

We each did a 90 min massage for $90. 60 min for $60. Very good price for that area if you are on the hunt for a local Asian massage place. Played relaxing music and we each had our own private rooms. My husband said he really enjoyed it as she was able to get out some knots behind his shoulder, neck, and booty area. I enjoyed the hot oil and hot stones. Both were included in the massage price. My back was feeling the relief too. So we will keep this place in our Rolodex as they were very accommodating and able to take us at short notice.
