    The two guys here were very helpful. My MacBook Pro m3 pro stopped charging and they tested different cables to see what the issue was and recommended me a MagSafe Apple charging cable and battery. After I bought it they tested it for me and worked like a charm. I will definitely be coming to this spot for Apple products in the near future

    It's important for you to know how much I appreciate the people at Melrose Mac. AppleCare replaced a logic board on my 2022 MacBook Pro and told me that I would have no problem reinstalling all my stuff from a Time Machine backup on an NAS. I've done this before with no issues ... but for some reason, no soap. The backup would get to selecting the back up and say "Loading Backup" ... forever. Six hours at a time. Nine hours once. It would not find purchase no matter what I tried. I sat on the phone with Apple technical support for three hours. Nothing. I called my friends who work in IT. Fail. I tried multiple things I knew how to do -- install a base OS and try to use Migration assistant from there, try decrypting the files manually ... for a solid week I was vexed until Ryan, I was advised to try and buy a Mac Mini to see if the backup would install on that, but Ryan knew the older one I bought wouldn't be able to handle the files. He listened, he considered and he had the solution: hook an ethernet cable to a USB-C hub and connect that on one side to the MBP, on the other side to the wi-fi router. Six hours later, on a like-new computer, all my files and applications are back up like nothing ever went wrong. All because of Ryan, and the patient people at Melrose Mac (who didn't charge me to restock the old Mini). Decades worth of files, curated musical playlists from the 90s. Ryan also sold me a 2TB hard drive, where I backed up all the files *again* to avoid this happening again. Melrose Mac was, in every way careful, attentive, smart, understanding and ready to serve. This is my new favorite Apple vendor. Thank you to everyone there, and especially to Ryan.

    I need to get the battery on my iPhone 13 Pro replaced, but the back glass is cracked. Will you still be able to replace the battery?
