In Lodi a drunk woman decided to hit my truck in the parking lot and proceed to drive home like nothing happened. Long story short, a cop was in the right place at the right time and followed her to an apartment where she was arrested for DUI and the judge made her pay restitution. Yes, the justice system does work from time to time... Anyway, Barreto's did a great job and since then I found that Dings and Dents Gone has taken over the shop. Although they are new to the location you can tell they know how to run a business and take care of their customers. My 2021 Cement Grey Tacoma was side swiped by some punks on bicycles and I was worried about rust developing since the scratch broke beyond the clear coat. This required painting two door panels along with color matching and blending the new coat with the original. Not an easy task, but one that a professional shop is expected to perform at a very high level. After a short wait period, my truck was completed at a very fair price and with a professional touch. The team here is great from top to bottom and I hope they have continued success. It's great to see a business deal with transparency and have pride in how they treat customers. They provide great service with quality and craftsmanship. I highly recommend Dings and Dents Gone for anybody looking for a fair priced repair on a car in need of some body work.

I picked the car up 11am, when I got home & realized the light they replaced was no longer on the car I called at 2pm to get assistance with their mistake. The shop is refusing to fix a light that was improperly installed, not to mention it's only a $20 part. Take your car to a shop that actually cares and has integrity! Edit : The courtesy would have been appreciated if the part was actually installed correctly and you did not repeatedly replace the part. Just because you did not write on the paper "reflector light" does not mean it is not your responsibility.

I wish I had known about Eduardo earlier, I would have been happy with this kind of repair instead of being pushed to formerly either replace the tailgate or get a $$$ repair. He had the aura of someone with a lot of paint and bodywork experience. He was upfront on the original cost estimate and it came in right at the estimate. There were a range of quotes from others, from the highest end, Eduardo was 1/10th the cost. From the average, about 1/2 the cost. He let me know it'd be about 90% there in repair, and I was really impressed with the results. About 2.5 hrs of work. Highly recommended and would definitely call him again. Thanks! Note: I realized that jobs are probably a little less predictable time wise so getting from one site to another can be variable. Eduardo mentioned mid afternoon but ran a bit late due to a complex job. He did commit to the work date even though he arrived by 5p., and I was glad that I didn't need to reschedule.

This review is way overdue…read more I had the pleasure of meeting Brian and having him take out a dent from my car. He was on-time, professional, kind and did an absolutely amazing job taking out the dent. Unfortunately the dent I had was in the body line which makes it more difficult to get out, but he got it out to nearly perfect and i cant even notice/see where the dent was. He was efficient and took his time to get it perfect. I was so interested in the process, that I sat outside with him and we talked the entire time. Not once did I feel like he was bothered by conversation, it was overall a great experience. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and everyone. To the average observer, you cannot even see that a dent was there! Afterwards, I asked Daniel to see if he could repair the bottom right part of the lift gate on our CRV that was slightly pushed in after a hit and run. Checked yelp immediately and found Dent Solution so I gave them a call, Eric answered quickly and asked for photos. We setup an appointment for the next day. With Teslas being new, I was concerned about our Model 3 but Eric sent me photos of a car he did recently that looked almost identical to ours.
