Came here for a late night sweet craving. Was around the area and we decided to stop for some Dubai strawberry cup chocolate and some gelato. Pretty good, the strawberry were fresh. Parking lot is available and there are seating for large group gathering. There is a second floor too. Would come back and recommend family and friend.

The chocolate is so rich and creamy. Honestly the best sweet crepe ive ever had. The desserts come pretty fast and I also love sotting upstairs and yapping while big backing with my friends. I recommend trying their desserts here!

Fun sweets shop. For all the chocolate lovers, this is a great place to try. Beautiful display of Fresh Fruit Juice Bar and Fondue Chocolate Fountains. The Kunafa Crepe had so many special layers and textures of wonderful flavors. Pistachio, dark & white chocolates. Crispy sweet crunch. This is a definitely "must try" if you enjoy chocolate & pistachio. They have a very nice upstairs as well as downstairs. Nice design. I do think they need to improve the signage so customers can find the passage to the upstairs area.

I was out of town craving a Dubai cup and found this place. They have a shared parking lot. Upon entry the place is welcoming and aesthetically pleasing. I was greeted at the Regan's allowed to try different flavors. The lady was nice and helpful. The Dubai cup was made to order took about 10 minutes. The quality of chocolate was nice and decadent. So was the pistachio cream. The crunchy pistachio was a nice new touch for me. I'd personally like more of the crunchy filo dough. Small cup is $14. Large $19.99! Pricey but the quality is there. Recommended.

The desserts are extremely delicious! Everything is the menu was extraordinary. The vibe is middle eastern all the decor was "very Aladdin" it was very lovely. They have a second floor and the view is a good add on

I've never been here. It took me years to finally try this place. Ordering seems to be self-service they will bring you the desserts out however, nobody is there to take your plates back, which was weird. Didn't see a station to where I could put the dirty dishes in for me. A big pet peeve is dirty dishes on the table. They need to improve the set up. It's a great place with really good dessert, but I feel like there is a real gap between service and also nobody explains anything. It's very generic just scanning the menu or reading the menu inside and they give you a number that's pretty much it .

First time here loved this place! The inside was very nice and clean has two floors you can access. The chocolate wasn't too sweet it was kind of light. Will be back to try more things on the menu

Went here after Meat Moot and because I've heard so much about their desserts being decadent. Boy, they weren't kidding. We had the Lotus Crepe because I love Lotus cookies, and that thing was oooey, gooey madness (in a good way!). It was so, so, so delicious. But the REAL surprise was their Damascene Icecream - rolled in Pistachios, the icecream has a very subtle sweetness to it that is delightful, dessert-perfect without being cloying. It's served with Keshta - think whipped cream but Swanee, more luscious and mixed with a hint of orange blossom. The one person serving for Damascene can likely serve 3 folks. The hospitality, the personnel were also super sweet. Loved it, and will be back!

    Dubai Strawberry Cup

I walked into Melt N Dip expecting to be delighted with a Dubai Strawberry Cup, not knowing I walked into a disaster. This young woman not only gave me ZERO chocolate, she rolled her eyes when I asked for extra. Rudest service I've ever received. As you can see she didn't even ATTEMPT to give me more than a squirt in my strawberry cup. The food was overpriced as is, now I don't even get my full meal? Super dissatisfied not only with the service, but how gloomy the place looked. The tables were barely cleaned, music was blasting in my ear (during ramadan?), and everyone looked like they had a horrible time.

Had a great time here! The lounge/ dining area was very clean and spacious. The service was fast and friendly as well. The food was very good! It was very sweet so I definitely wanted a big glass of milk, but the crepe was good with lots of fruit inside, and the drizzled chocolate was delicious.

Melt n dip waffle was DEELICIOUS.

It's a bit too sweet for my taste but it's a nice place. The hot chocolate is okay if you're in a pinch.

NONE OF THE WORKERS WORE THEIR MASKS. Crepes are good but not good enough to risk exposing yourself during the pandemic.

So...not sure the food is good. I just happen to think the attitude is a little worse. Came with a group and someone in our party ordered the French Onion Soup and then a Croque Monsieur. No one else in our group ordered a starter. What's weird is for some reason they decided to course the soup with everyone's mains. Normal restaurants, including like....your local suburban Chile's, know not to do that but this place thought that was normal. So already, my friend is a course behind everyone because they didn't serve his starter first. What's worse is when he finishes his soup...he doesn't get his main. We actually FINISH our mains and he still hasn't gotten his. He makes a comment VERY NICELY to our waitress like hey! Just wanted to check on my meal! She responds, "all our meals are timed perfectly." What!! My buddy goes, "Okay...I've just been waiting for 15/20 minutes so I think I'm ready for my sandwich." She responds, "okay....let me alert the kitchen." Wait? You didn't even tell them he needed his meal?? We wait another 15 minutes. We flag the waitress again and ask where his meal is and she responds "everything is made to order so the kitchen needs some time." Okay. This is a Croque Monsieur. Are you....rising bread right now? What is happening? So I get frustrated and jump into this and say, "Ya but we've been waiting over 30 minutes for his main. We've all finished so now you're asking my friend to eat alone." She responds, "everything is served hot so what is the problem??" !! I get annoyed because up until this moment, we've been pretty nice. But this waitress not acknowledging any issue or trying to make it better and talking back to us like this is weird. So I just say, "Bring a manager over." Well...it didn't matter. This lady learned her attitude from somewhere and it was probably from the manager. The manager immediately is on the offense like, "you ordered a soup and we wanted you to have the soup hot. And we want your next meal to be hot. We make everything fresh and we clean our dishes in between." The heck? All we want is for my friend to be able to eat his main. So I say, now rudely, "just bring the food. We have waited 30 minutes now. Everyone is done with their meal. If you haven't made it, cancel the order and we'll go somewhere else." She responds, "we usually serve the starter first. If you didn't like that, then don't order a starter." SERIOUSLY!? What is happening!? I think about telling her that USUALLY even if only 1 person has ordered a starter, that gets served first before EVERYONE gets their mains TOGETHER. Instead I say, "listen, cancel the order or give us the food but we aren't waiting any longer." And she goes, "we can't cancel it. The kitchen has been working on it." So I say "this better be home baked bread because they've been working on it for 45 minutes by now." IT STILL takes another 5 minutes to get this meal. It is cold. It is an average Croque Monsieur. And they probably all spit in it. At the very end, the waitress comes over and says, "I see what you mean and there were coursing issues but we take pride in our food and we weren't going to degrade that so we could serve you faster." This place literally lives up to a Parisian stereotype, I guess.

Each and every location features plentiful parking, a social media worthy interior, comfortable elegant seating, and quality desserts that consistently delight everyone who has the opportunity to try them. On my visit here, I tried a different set of items from my Schaumburg visit to test the consistency of quality across different flavor profiles and dessert types, and it delivered perfectly. The mango gelato here is incredible -- with probably the strongest mango flavor I've ever had in a gelato. The Lotus was an elevated version of one of my favorite biscuits. The gelato is incredible, creamy and flavorful -- and something I'd happily serve with most any dessert. The waffle was flavorful as usual which paired perfectly with the chocolate mix. I also wanted to try My Passion to get a mix of different fruits -- as I was pleasantly surprised by how fresh the fruit was at the other location. This was equally as great, with fruit presented at the perfect ripeness. Extra kudos to the kiwi which wasn't sour at all, and in fact was one of the first items to be finished completely. The pineapple was also super juicy, sweet, and flavorful. I wish we'd gotten more eclairs, as the filling was super delicious. Maybe the weakest item in this dish was the brownie, which was only good -- while everything else we'd tried was great to amazing. Overall, worth a special trip for any dessert lover. This business consistently delivers top notch dishes at very reasonable prices.
