She is just as friendly and lovely. The vibe is old school decor but updated with TVs. They also have a bar. Hubby ordered the sunrise special which came with 2 eggs, 2 sausage links, 2 bacon, and 2 pancakes. I initially wanted the Les Brothers Special which comes with 3 eggs, ham, hash browns, with a choice of toast or pancakes. But Julie mentioned that their eggs come double, so my order would actually be 6 eggs! Instead, I got the 1-egg, ham, hash browns and toast. Portions are huge and we could not finish our meals. I wanted a warm fresh meal. Instead I got home the chicken tasted gamy, it didn't have the Grecian flavor. The rice was hard. The tomatoes on my salad were hard not ripe at all. AND there was hair in my salad. The owner is always nice but I can't eat nice. A little disappointed that they no longer offer dessert with meal. $29 down the drain. If I wasn't driving 1.5 hours home in rush hour, I would have said yes to that (although now that I check my receipt, I see our waitress comped my coffee). Dessert was the usual ice cream/jello/rice pudding, or a slice of cake or pie from the case. Every time I get fish in a family-style restaurant, it's cooked so long it's basically unseasoned jerky. But the orange roughy here was cooked silky smooth and seasoned perfectly. Oh my God, the things I could say about this place... My friend and I, believing it was 24 hours because it had been in the past, showed up after closing one night. A man in the parking lot told us the restaurant was closed and we said that's okay, we'll go somewhere else. He then said he could take us inside and see if there are any desserts left in the kitchen, maybe some ice cream or something. Every alarm bell in my head went off, and I quickly excused myself from the conversation, feeling very uncomfortable. So... we went there the next time we were looking for a place to eat, and it was actually open. The creepy guy was there. He was the one who seated us. As he was leading us to our booth, he had his hand on each of our lower backs. His hand kept going lower. Right when we got to the booth, he gave a little squeeze before we sat down. I stared in shock, looked at my friend and said, "Did he just-" and she said "Yes, yes he did," because he had grabbed her ass as well. Turns out... the creepy guy is the owner. I have since heard other stories about hair found in food and one rather epic story about the owner screaming at my friend's brother-in-law for complaining about the food. This guy is unhinged. For years they were on point. Great service, clean, good food. Yesterday though was definitely their fall. Upon entering the owner sat me + guest down. The female server came and took drink order. Upon returning she took food order. Place wasn't too busy, but clean. The food arrived in 10 minutes for me and guest. My guests' eggs were cold. Server took them back and my silverware had not been cleaned. I was waiting for the server to return but didn't want my food to get cold so I went to the cashier and told her. Also told her about the eggs for my guest. She didn't apologize but corrected me in stating they make everything fresh. I asked why would eggs be cold then, no response...better yet a blank stare. No discount, nothing free to compensate for their incompetence. They have fantastic food! Their award winning skirt steak is cooked perfectly! The chicken noodle soup is better then any canned soups! The omelets are so yummy! Their coffee is the best I ever had! I want to start by saying, I was a huge fan of this spot - until today. They were known for good fresh food, beautiful waitresses, and great service. Those days are gone. We were sat quickly and fairly quickly greeted by a waiter who must have forgot to wash his uniform. I assumed he was the busboy, because i had never had a guy server there and his clothes were dirty - like he had been cleaning up something. He brought us water and was pretty quick to take our order. I ordered a BLT with well-done fries. My buddy ordered a rueben Panini. We both ordered ice tea. When the tea finally got there - the lemon wedges were more like twists. There wasn't much lemon on them. I asked for more lemon and - after a long wait - got two slimy wedges and more twists. When the sandwich came - it was clear he didn't get the "well done" part of the French fry order. He didn't even get the "cook them through and serve them hot" part of the order. There were a lot on the plate and many were half cooked. I bit into the sandwich and was struck by the odd flavor. I took a second bite. I couldn't place the problem. I took a third bite. That's when it hit me. The bacon was old. This was Thursday's bacon on a Sunday afternoon. I am not a guy who sends back meals, but this was disgusting. There is little worse than cold, old bacon. I called the waiter over and told him to take it away. He asked if i wanted a replacement. I said no. This already wrecked my appetite. Soon enoigh the owner came over and asked what the problem was. He said - in a very loud voice - we just cooked that bacon this moning. I responded - in an equally loud voice - that bacon on that sandwich was not cooked this morning. That was old bacon. He said he'd take it off the check, but not afrter reaffirming it was fresh. It was not and I said so again. When the waiter returned, I explained that I am not the kind of guy who makes a fuss. I know it wasn't his fault, he's not in the kitchen, but that was old bacon and that's no healthy. He sheepishly agreed and gave us the check. They charged me for my ice tea. Used to love the place. This was the first and last time I would ever set foot in this place. Not only were we racially profiled by the staff but also by the customers. I order their food all the time. In love their spaghetti and the Italian dressing is also quite tasty. Lately, every order has missing items. I still order because I love it so much. Today was not one of those days. In ordered salad with extra dressing and potato skins with extra sour cream. I got Italian dressing and potato skins with no sour cream. They tasted like this was their 3rd reheat. There was no moisture at all. If course, hubby had to go back like usual. The service here is always very good. Never have any issues. The food is solid. For having such a massive menu, I have never had anything bad. On the flip side , the massive menu very often makes it difficult to decide what I want to eat. One thing that is a constant is that I will be leaving here with leftovers. He wanted to eat, and I know they have outside dining here. I'm glad that Les Brothers figured out how to stay open during the COVID pandemic. That said .... I'm deducting 2 stars because the owner/manager George refuses to wear his mask correctly. He can be seen with his mask pulled down exposing his nose to the world. He is running around breathing on the exposed ice in their foyer, the drinks, the food. I don't know his health. I don't know if he's been exposed. I don't know who he's been around. I like Les Brothers, but until George tucks up that nose, it's a no-fly zone for me read more

I decided to go back here after a few years away. The first couple times were good until today 9/4. I received a to go order a little after the place opened. The food was awful. The omelette had a big egg shell in it and also a grape. Totally unacceptable. My father has a walker and there was no place to put his walker just on the side where the server brings the food out and puts it down. Cream of chicken soup was ok, the thousand island dressing on the salad and the salad was ok. The pork tenderloain was horrible it was hard and the gravy was terrible. My father had chicken noodle soup and the noodles were so big and fat they were slipping out of the soup bowel.
