My daughter had saved up money to get her nails done before school started. The lady doing her nails didn't take her time and ignored my daughter when she asked for fixes. She also called her spoiled. Little did she know my daughter saved up her own money. Which should've have mattered anyways. It's rude to say to a kid. Throughout the appointment, the technician was constantly on her phone trying to make other appointments and was also taking cash from other clients -- I'm assuming she might be the owner or manager. This felt very unprofessional and distracting. My daughter was so upset with how her nails turned out that she ended up taking them all off when we got home. We definitely will not be returning.
