Anne was amazing! I am in love with my new manicure- definitely the best one I have ever received. I came in with Gel X that I got somewhere else only a week ago and one of the nails had come off. Anne heard my goals with my nails and decided to give me a builder gel and I am so happy with them! She explained everything and her attention to detail was amazing. She even stayed late after the salon closed to finish them up. Definitely coming back. My one thing is I honestly might wear a mask next time. I booked a pedicure (silver package) and a full set (thuý an) with designs on every nail. My Pedicure : So amazing and relaxing. I did mention I'm ticklish at the beginning of my service so it wouldn't come as a shock if I squirm a bit or laugh. But Mimi has the magic touch. AND ladies the massage she gave me almost put me to sleep. I've never been that relaxed while getting a pedicure. If I could give 10 stars I would. Book your pedicure with her. I came in for a gel French manicure, showed the nail tech a photo, and she confidently said she could do it. Instead, she: * Used regular polish instead of gel (which I paid extra for), * Filed my nails so aggressively that my fingertips and cuticles were red and sore for over a week, * Completely forgot to do the French tips until I reminded her, and then only did them on some of my nails, * Still charged me an extra $10 for a service she didn't fully do. The total was $60, and what I got was low-quality work, physical pain, and terrible service. I should've walked out the moment she started hurting my nails -- but I kept giving her the benefit of the doubt. Big mistake. This wasn't just a bad job -- it felt unsafe and borderline negligent. My fingers were visibly red and hurt to the touch for days. That's not normal, and it's absolutely unacceptable. I'm looking into filing a complaint with the state cosmetology board. If you're reading this and something similar happened to you, you can and should report it. Salons are required to meet health and safety standards, and this place clearly does not. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

Lyna is my nail tech and She's super gorgeous, friendly and super high tech skilled. She transferred from Tina's hair and Nail spa. She picked out an incredible style of Gel X which I felt in love after it's done. Lyna is very patient and she took her time to design my nail and it looks so much like my real nail and I felt so comfortable with the new Gel X style. I love this girl so much because we had a great communication and I got pampered from her. I also did my pedicure that I felt so relax and everything smell fresh and natural. Thought I'd get my nails done before graduation after seeing pics of their work online. Pedicure chipped despite 30 minutes of waiting while they did my manicure. Had to fix it myself at home. As far as my hands go... first of all, the nail tech turned the chair massager off without asking me bc she couldn't file the nails with it on? Not sure I've ever had someone do that before. I also showed a picture of lavender cat eye nails that I wanted, and they weren't able to do that with the lavender option they had for some unexplained reason. I ended up getting a different color to make it easier, but the nail tech did not apply the same number of coats to each nail... so the nails look different shades. I did ask her about it, but she insisted that she put 2 coats on. Disappointing experience and waste of $100 unfortunately. read more

I was a walk in, great service, very clean, all tubs had liners and instruments were in sterilization packs for each customer (I saw an older review that said hygiene was a concern but not today during my pedicure!), and my nails look great. I had Amy and she was wonderful with spectacular attention to detail. Basic pedi runs $35 with gel being $10 extra, but many tiers from there (I got one tier up with paraffin wax and hot stone).
