Called Royal Nails Spa yesterday around 5pm and asked if they had availability for an acrylic fill and I was told to come at 6pm. When I arrived at 6pm, they were very friendly, welcome, and ready for me. I was told to take a seat and I showed a picture of what I wanted from Pinterest, no problem! I was out the door at 7:10pm. Helen did my fill and she did an amazing job! She was fast but not rushed at all. She was really thorough and did a very clean job. I took in my daughter yesterday to get her nails done for prom along with a pedicure. We ended up getting her brows waxed as well and I have to say this is definitely our new favorite place. The service was great and her nail technician did an amazing job executing the desired nail art she had wanted and saved based off of a picture. The staff all seemed friendly and the salon itself is definitely a place you can come and relax in. Glad we came here, the previous reviews don't lie. Got there around 5 on a weekday with no appointment so I expected there might be a wait. Waited about an hour before someone was available which was understandable because they were busy, I paid for their $50 pedicure but I don't remember what it was called and got gel French tips too so it was more after that. While waiting they put me in a massage chair to wait and I was able to soak my feet in hot water. At first the experience didn't seem too bad but less than 2 weeks later I already have a chip on one nail and 2 others are peeling off. Normally when I get gel polish it lasts a lot longer than this so I'm pretty disappointed and probably won't return. I got French tips the natural pink polish that they apply before the white tips it very visibly ready to peel off on multiple nails and it's completely peeling on 2 of them and I just expect it to last longer. read more

This was my first time getting a manicure and I will definitely be coming back. Helen was the one who helped me with the nails. I had to only show her to reference photos and she knew exactly what to do and copied them exactly. Before she put the color, she made sure to check up with me that it was the one that I wanted, and also checked the exact length as well, which is very helpful since I was unsure of how the photos would look on my actual nails. Happy Customer. We had three pedicures. Including one for my 7 year old. All the ladies that helped us were wonderful. Annette went above and beyond in taking care of my daughter. She was patient, kind and kept her entertained while she got a mani and pedi. My lady which I already forgot her name so sorry but she was very accommodating with my lack of mobility to my knee. I'm from out of town and found Royal Nails Spa on Yelp for a builder / hard gel fill. Helen was my nail tech and she did an amazing job. She was extremely thorough, gentle, and careful with my nails, very flexible and accommodating with my requests, and really took her time making sure I was satisfied with my set. The shop itself is in a small shopping center with plenty of parking. The vibe was very relaxed and friendly, and I noticed many regulars coming in who were greeted with a smile. I called in on a Friday to book an appt for Saturday morning as I had a wedding to attend. I asked if they could do builder gel (hard gel) on my toes as well as my fingers, they were quite hesitant at first but said yes and provided me a time to come in. When I got there I was greeted by a woman at the front desk with a very kind smile whom offered me a bottle of water. I had a seat for maybe a minute or two until they directed me to sit in a pedicure seat, I picked out my color, and was offered one of the pedicure selections or just to have my toes done. I opted for just my toes bc I was short on time. I had a simultaneous pedicure and manicure. The service was amazing, I opted for no French for pedicure at first then changed my mind when I saw the amazing French Lee did for my manicure. I also asked if two of my nails could be redone for the French and she was more than happy to redo it with no fuss! Superb customer service. This is the former Solar Nails with new ownership/management, but all the same smiling faces! I've been coming here since 2012 and I cannot emphasize enough that this is the best pedicure in town. I was so disappointed to hear that the salon has changed hands again. And they have gotten rid of 2 people that have been there since the beginning of time. Anh and Peter you always have treated us well even with a big smile and a warm greeting as we walk through the door. Today they had all these fancy chairs and lights, but that doesn't make the business run its dedicated people like Anh and Peter who have made it their passion to work there. They have spent countless hours helping the business run,days and nights they have spent making their customers happy. New owners came no more hair being done by Anh there. These people helped those in need during Covid mask upon mask but they did it just to protect the business and now they have to go! I'm super unhappy with this decision. You can have all the glitz and glamor but you will have a hard time finding people who are dedicated to their work. I will return one more time I feel like I owe that to Thu but after that me and my family will take our business else where. This is the former Salon Nails.
