The food here is absolutely incredible! I had the potsticker grilled cheese, (I think it's called that?) it was phenomenal. And they're made in house potato chips?! Crazy good! The ambiance is so-so. My nephew wanted to go here and swore up and down this place has the best "grilled cheese" sandwiches. I rolled my eyes and agreed to take him. The cashier encouraged me to order the Oinker and I'm so glad I did!! Let's start with the FRESH potato chips they make in house! Walked in this afternoon and was greeted kindly by the owner/manager asking if it was our first time. Being that it was, they hooked us up with their chips which were so good! The staff doted on us the entire time, wrapping up our food to go, making sure we had all we need, etc. I ordered the cubano, which was amazing! The pork had such great flavor! My son got the oinker and a side of Mac n cheese. Everything was delicious! I brought half of mine home for my husband and he loved it too. It heated up nicely in the air fryer. The owner is there greeting everyone and asking people how they like the food. He is very friendly and polite! The place is very clean and new! They have been open for about 2.5 months now. place sucks,made with the cheapest, neon-orange cheese slices you can find. The bread is stale, practically crumbling as you try to spread margarine--not butter, mind you--across its surface. Grilled unevenly, one side is burnt to a crisp while the other remains pale and sad. The cheese barely melts, clinging stubbornly to the bread. Each bite is a textural nightmare: crunchy, chewy, and vaguely artificial. Okay, here's a review for that spot: im not sure where to begin with this place. From the moment I walked in, it was clear the staff would rather be anywhere else. The host seemed bothered to seat me, and the server acted like every request was a personal affront. My first impression was a bit underwhelming. The eating area is small and simply furnished. While waiting to order, you can sample the chips a dipping sauces. You order at a counter and pay for your food. You are given drink cups and a number sign for your table. Drinks are from a self-service station. Depending on how busy, you can pick up your food when your number is called or the food is delivered to your table. We have eaten here a few times. I have tried three sandwiches: American Oozie!, Cubano, and Rooben Evolooshon (minus kraut). The sandwiches are so good that I have already picked out my next sandwich. I like to pair a half sandwich with their excellent soup. The house made chips are nicely crisp. Made even better when paired with their dipping sauces. The people are very helpful and provide excellent service. We will be back often. read more

Arrived eager to try something new and ended up shocked at the extreme cost of bread and cheese! $18 for a caprese sandwich (no meat at all) and another $4 for a fountain drink. Then I waited for over 30 minutes while my grilled cheese was made. When I still had no lunch after 30 minutes, I inquired. Apparently they had either forgotten my order or had given it to someone else. It was remade and the manager gave me a coupon for a future visit (half sandwich), which I appreciate, but as I sat looking around, there were many filled tables with NO FOOD. In the meantime, another customer had to take a sandwich back for receiving the wrong order and was told by the employee at the register that he hadn't ordered avocado (though he had most certainly been charged for it). When my sandwich finally arrived, it was fresh and the flavors were quite good. I'd say management still needs to get several things dialed in. I have NEVER in my entire 55 years loved a sandwich as much as this. I ordered the "Rooben" and my better half ordered the "simpleton" minus bacon. The Roobens rye was the perfect crispy that made the pastrami and pickled onions actually give me a mouthgasim. Once I was done with the "When Harry met Sally" deli scene, I asked how my wife's sandwich was. She said that her sandwich was awesome and loved how the sweet tomatoes went with the pepper jack cheese and garlic chicken. The staff was amazing and courteous.
