There is a red head ginger runner who brings out food who worked today 6/13/26 around 10pm who is absolutely horrible. He always drops off our food and runs away so we cannot ask him to get us condiments. My fiance was asking for ketchup, ranch & to check on our appetizer. But the runner interuppted him by saying "k" after mentioning ketchup and ranch but before he even asked about the appetizer. Very rude. As our amazing server was obviously busy, the runner was just walking back and forth not doing anything. My fiance had to get up and ASK for the ketchup and ranch and he got it immediately. Please get a new runner. He is awful and has horrible costumer service. This may steer us away from coming back because it ruined our experience. The waiters are always amazing though. So I took my child in with me for lunch. We each had a coupon (one coupon per person). We each had to spend $12 on food/drink before we could even put the coupons to use. No problem! I had about $35+ of items I was planning to order, before even putting the coupons to use. (One coupon was a free kid's meal for my daughter. Mine was 6 free wings) But the manager refused to let us both use our coupons. Literally. I said but we're spending over $35 on food/drink plus tipping a server who undoubtably needs it. NOPE. The menu said "(all) craft beers" under happy hour. They had one IPA. I ordered a well drink (gin & tonic). After the second one, the server told me that they had no more well gin but would charge me $2 to upgrade to Beefeaters. I declined. A few minutes later he brought me a drink and said they would not upcharge me. When we got the bill, there were three $1.00 charges added for the tonic. I was stunned! I checked my food and the sauce cup was dumped all over my food and 2 of the boxes were falling apart with food falling out. I walk back inside and tried to find someone to assist, and nobody was around except for the girl that bagged my order terribly. I demand a manager and finally get one. At this point, I'm already mad. I told the manager to look at the packaging and even she was appalled. They redid my order (not that good) and the food wasn't even cooked all the way. How do you not cook mozzarella sticks all the way thru!? It's cheese! Not that hard to melt. Y'all, I really paid $12 for undercooked mozzarella sticks.
