This is not a staff issue. The staff at this location worked hard and delivered on their service. (We were in the bar) We went there for Monday night football happy hour. The menu said "(all) craft beers" under happy hour. They had one IPA. I ordered a well drink (gin & tonic). After the second one, the server told me that they had no more well gin but would charge me $2 to upgrade to Beefeaters. I declined. A few minutes later he brought me a drink and said they would not upcharge me. When we got the bill, there were three $1.00 charges added for the tonic. I was stunned! This the first, and last, time I will purchase a mixed drink where there is a separate charge for the mix. We loved this place, had not been there for awhile and won't be going back. At 12:30 pm it still isn't ready. I wait another 5 mins before i ask for an update on my order. At this point, they are bagging my order. So I have had to wait 15 mins for my order, which is fine if it was busy, except it wasn't. I checked my food and the sauce cup was dumped all over my food and 2 of the boxes were falling apart with food falling out. I walk back inside and tried to find someone to assist, and nobody was around except for the girl that bagged my order terribly. I demand a manager and finally get one. At this point, I'm already mad. I told the manager to look at the packaging and even she was appalled. They redid my order (not that good) and the food wasn't even cooked all the way. How do you not cook mozzarella sticks all the way thru!? It's cheese! Not that hard to melt. Y'all, I really paid $12 for undercooked mozzarella sticks. Wow! We have three kids under 4, and the service here is exceptional. Not one person batted and eye. From the front of the house to our amazing server Joesph, it made our experience exceptional. Joseph knelt down at eye level, spoke to us like there was no one else in the restaurant. We knew what the kids wanted but the adults didn't look at the menu and he didn't care. I thought he was going to be right back but instead he waited for our entire table to be done ordering. He was quick, personable, and patient. The food was decent.
