Came here on a Saturday afternoon. Our first time here. Customer service was outstanding. The girl at the counter was very sweet and friendly. I've never had Wingstop before and I don't why I waited this long to try it. The chicken were made fresh and the flavor phenomenal. I recommend the Cajun Fried Corn. Flavor explosion! Oh wow! We got some boneless wings to go and our order came in fairly quick. I saw reviews saying a lot of negative things, but I didn't experience that myself. The quality of the food was good and the sauces were flavorful. I especially liked the spicy Korean q flavor out of the three we had. Lemon pepper was also good, but it was just a bit dry. It would be good seasoning on the fries, in my opinion. The only downside is I like to have a bit of crispiness in both my wings and my fries, and these were more on the soft/mushy side. However, I could possibly attribute that to the fact that this was delivery, so it's not as fresh as you would get indoors. Ordering online was quick and easy, and it made for a fast dinner for us! read more

Alright, I'm from Buffalo NY. so I'm going to go hard. First off extremely small wings, dry, and not enough sauce. Garlic Parm 4 out of 10, Mango Habanero 3-10 no kick at all, original hot 4-10. Fries were good, a bit salty. Blue cheese was ass and way over priced 1.69 each. When the hell did that happen? Service was fine, Hailey was nice. Cook was a bit loud. Bathroom was a little gross. Garage can had stains on the outside, no soap and piss all over the toilet. Won't go back. Wild Wings is better. read more

Disappointed by Unprofessional Behavior and Poor Service. I had a very frustrating experience at the Wingstop off Clinton Keith Rd and the 215 on June 27th, 2025 around 4PM. After placing my order, the young man at the register (he said his name is Xavier) gave me incorrect change and refused to correct it. Instead of addressing my concern, he walked to the back and ignored me. I was told my food would take 30-40 minutes, so I waited outside. When I returned at the 30-minute mark, I was told to wait another 15 minutes. I asked if he could notify me on the patio when it was ready, and he flatly refused, telling me to just come back. After nearly an hour of waiting, I came back to find my order had been sitting on the shelf. When I asked how long it had been done, he said "five minutes." I asked why he couldn't walk a few feet to let me know--it wasn't busy--and all he said was, "I told you to come back in 15 minutes." When I asked for a manager, he told me he was the manager. When I asked for his supervisor, he pointed to the wall and said, "That's the only number you get." I remained calm and respectful the entire time, but this interaction left me genuinely concerned. If this young man is truly the manager, it's a clear example of poor customer service and immaturity in a leadership role. read more

TERRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL, LOW CLASS. Spend your money elsewhere. Like the other reviews said. I traveled 12 hours home today from my New York business trip and stopped to order a 35 pack of wings as I usually do. I ordered 1/2 original hot and 1/2 cajun. When I got home I saw my order was wrong. I called and spoke to the young lady who claimed to be the shift manager. I let her know my order was incorrect and they made all hot, no cajun. She argued with me and said they made my order right. I asked who her manager was and she claimed that there is nobody else above her. She says her manager is on sabbatical so nobody else is above her and "I have to deal with her only". Hmmm....that's interesting - Perhaps I should leave my corporate senior executive position and start working at Wingstop since apparently she went straight from a shift manager to CEO overnight. She tells me the only thing I can do is bring the order back. Sorry but I traveled 12 hours to get home then waited about little under 30 minutes to make my order and this place wants me to drive all the way back, wait another ~30 minutes to remake it then drive all the way home. This place is LOW CLASS and ZERO professionalism. I will no longer be a regular customer dropping $75-80 every visit. I will go someplace else that is not a complete joke. read more

Wing Stop on Clinton Keith is now open! Original plan was to hit up Jamba Juice across the street but the "Now Open" signs lured us in. Upon entering, the place has no indoor seating. It's basically a pick up and go kinda place. There are tables outside so you can dine there if you prefer. You may have to shoo flies away as we did. =/ Parking is very limited in front, only about 5 spots, but the bigger lot extends beyond that. Find this location in The Vineyard shopping center where numerous other retailers are still being built (Aldi, Blaze Pizza, R&B Tea, etc.). I ordered the 8 piece combo, but I guess Sarah didn't hear me, as I was charged for the 10 piece. I asked for all flats and they deliver, but there is an extra $1 charge. I chose Lemon Pepper and Garlic Parmesan, my 2 faves. The combo also comes with your choice of side and a drink. I picked Lemon Pepper Fries. My friend ordered one of the larger family combos at around $63. The food took a good while to come out. My friend's order was slightly botched as it came with celery instead of carrot sticks. There was a brownie included so maybe that made up for it. My wings were thoroughly cooked, no pink middles here! They made sure to coat them with the appropriate spices. Fries tasted good, just enough hint of Lemon Pepper. There IS only one restroom yet again here, so beware of that. Prices are high imo for chicken, but what isn't price hiked these days?! They do offer a military discount when you show your I.D. Overall a great job by the staff. They were friendly and the food was on par. I'll be coming back here on the regular! read more

We're happy we decided to give Wingstop another try. We previously had a horrible experience at another location. The regional manager reached out to us in attempt to make things right. (which she did!) And encourage us to give a different location a try. (Which we did) We drove 25 minutes to this location and it was well worth it! Upon entering the store it was small, but it was clean and they have an outdoor seating area which was clean as well. We were instantly greeted by smiling employees! The service was great! Mathew was Amazing, he went above and beyond to make sure we had the best customer service experience. Our food was Fresh and perfectly seasoned and sauced! TERRIBLE SERVICE!! Please place professional management at this location!! I placed a phone order on 11/22/25 for a 10 piece w/FF and advised what time I would arrive, the young man that took was very professional & assured he took my order correctly by repeating it. When I got there they were putting my order together. I saw the person (female w/ black hair ) get the FF off the prep counter and placed them in my order. I checked my food and it was cold so she said she could drop more FF and it would take 16 minutes so while waiting my chicken became cold so i asked to speak with the manager - Melissa approached, seemed to be exhausted and I advised of what has taken place, first thing she said I can't give you a refund so what do you want me to do. I asked why no refund she said we don't give refunds SMH!! She then said well it will be awhile being I orders before yours. I refused and stated my order was before the orders that you have now so she said let me check she then told me she has all drums and one flat and there process is when the chicken cold they place them back in the fryer for one and a half minute (I letter found out that's a NO NO in the food industry) at this point I had no other option and sadly I took it being she refused to give me a refund. I get home 15 minutes away and the chicken drums are chewy! I threw the food away and I will never order from this location again! I'm requesting the DISTRICT MANAGER TO MAKE CHANGES AT THIS LOCATION!!! It's a good location but the CUSTOMER SERVICE/MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE AND EVENTUALLY WILL BE THE REASON THIS LOCATION WILL CLOSE DOWN! Today I took the time to type this up because we had above and beyond service. I don't write reviews unless I feel it's exceeding my personal expectations. We placed a large order and our host was patient. AFTER placing my order (when I no longer needed assistance) Cole was talking about the company's new flavored wings and offered a sample for me to try and give my opinion. I thought that was different since I didn't want to purchase anything else but he continued to provide good service, ultimately I didn't purchase anything more, however Cole continued to talk highly of the business, and had great energy and patience. I have read most of these reviews. I am by how many 1 stars have been given based on things that have zero to do with the food. Most comments are based on the employees greeting them when they walked through the door. I observed this team this time. The store was clean and fresh, keep in mind it's crazy busy in here! There were 6 men that walked in and a before they reached the counter they staff came out and greeted them. My order was not done when I got there, but the kind young lady met me and checked my order, then came out and gave me a time. She was spot on and I didn't wait longer than 5 min. I think people forget that young people get first jobs. They use these opportunities to learn and grow into good employees. I take the perspective that being kind and engaging helps them learn how to interact with people well. Instead of feeling entitled to be treated like royalty everywhere you go, maybe think about others and make their experience better. read more

Stopped by Wingstop to get my daughter some food and decided to order it on their app so she could see what she was getting and I could pay ahead. First of all, I do not get why it wants me to add a $4 tip to my $24 order when I am ordering it myself and picking it up myself. Every time i try to take it off or lower it, it keeps asking it back on. They make $20 an hour minimum, by law in California but if they are forcing everyone in to giving $4- $8 tips, they probably make $30 an hour working at fast food. But whatever I finally just paid the $4 tip which brought my order to almost $30. Waited until it said it would be ready in the app and went inside. The girl said there was an order ahead of us. Waited 15 more minutes. Finally went to the register and asked because our name said it was completed. She said oh yeah here it is and took the bag off the rack that they placed there ten minutes earlier. She says sorry about that and walks away. Um excuse me. Can we get our drink? She hands us a cup and walks away. So now I'm pissed that I was forced to give that $4 tip. For what? read more

Super disappointed in the mobile order process. I received notification that my order was ready. When I walked in it was crowded, I waited in line for a few minutes to find out my order was not ready. It took 25 minutes for my 10wings and fries to be ready. Looked like the mobile issue impacted other customers. The staff was nice but it looked like a bit of confusion with the staff walking back and forth a lot of times. Tiffany the manager was great. Recommended items and gave good info ie) cook times which let me know that the wings were going to be more well done and that means more meat that I will eat. Great service. Pricey but was good. She's handling knuckleheads in the back and still handling the front. When I placed my order, I was helped by a black woman with braids. Unfortunately, the customer service was very poor. I asked a simple question about the portion size for the Monday boneless deal, and her response was a very dismissive and irritated "10." She also appeared to be frustrated, even going so far as to punch her head while I was still ordering, which made the interaction really uncomfortable. To top it off, she didn't take my name for the order, which led to more confusion when I was waiting for my food. So we have never been to this location before, but decided to get a party pack for my kid's graduation. Service was great (says my husband), wings were delicious and tasty, the dry rub wings were crispy and the saucy sings were saucy. I deducted a star because 1) Our order wasn't ready at the specified pick up time and my husband ended up waiting (no big deal, I'm sure there was a lunch rush) 2) The fries were booty (super soggy) and 3) The paper bags were falling apart at the bottom because they put ice cubes in the veggie stick trays and it barely made it to the table before breaking open at the bottom. Plus not to mention 50 wings some veggie sticks and two orders of fries was pushing $90! Amber, I think she is the manager and she was taking orders when I walked in, very friendly, organized and explained the menu really well, she was also managing her team. I think that was good, the food here was also great! My wings and fries were cooked really well, ate them all. The wait time if you dont' order online is about 15-20mins, I think thats the average wait time at any wingstop. The parking lot is shared with some more businesses so just be mindful of that during lunch and dinner times.
