She arrived early, showed up with all her tools and solutions in hand. She put on booties as she entered my home. She walked the two bathrooms and then got to work. She ran over by 30 minutes. Max, called to confirm the extra time so Carla could continue to work. The whole time Carla was available for questions and asked for my inspection after the work. She was very pleasant to talk to and helpful. Tip was added to the invoice after the work was completed. No need to hand over cash or deal with cards. The work was beyond great. Dusted, mopped, trash emptied, mirrors clean, trash liners added to the dust bins, and even the paper label put over the toilet cover and seat to show it had been sanitized. Great team Carla and Max. You set the quality bar super high.

I requested a move out cleaning and had coordinated pricing based on square footage and rooms with someone over the phone. They knew what they were quoting me for. I'll admit, my rental did need a little more work but it wasn't in obscene condition by any means. I thought superb maids' pricing was competitive, until the day of the cleaning. Only 2 hours into the cleaning, I got a call, they hit me with an additional $315 dollar fee because they needed more time. They gave me the option to not pay the fee but that meant "prioritizing" certain areas and not completing the move out clean. When I booked the service, I got the impression that the cost was a flat fee for the specific service. At no point did they discuss additional fees with me. Also keep in mind that on their website, under the move out cleaning page it specifically says: "Tasks are defined and approved before the service begins -- pricing is fixed in advance" Which was very misleading in my case. The staff were all friendly, and good to work with (as good as it could be with a situation like this I suppose). But the whole situation left me blindsided and with a bad taste in my mouth. If you're looking to hire superb maids, they'll do a decent job, but make sure you ask about fee pricing up front so you don't get surprised on the back end. P.S. check your trash bins after a move out cleaning. One of the "typical" services included with move out is supposed to include "trash removal", yet they left trash in my bin which was a no go on my move out inspection with my landlord.

I hired Pristine Cleaning to do a move-out cleaning for my condo. They said they don't do full wall washing but that they would clean any obvious spots and do baseboards/moulding. I said that was fine. They quoted me for 2.5 hours and I told them that the condo was pretty dirty and they'd probably need more time. The person on the phone said they'd start with 2.5 hours and I could always add more time. I asked if the cleaners would have another job to get to afterward and thus, whether I'd be able to add more time and they assured me I would be able to. They sent out two young ladies who, while very nice, did not blow me away with their cleaning skills. They cleaned the inside of the fridge but not the sides, handles, or behind the fridge. They didn't clean my cabinets consistently at all. Some cabinets were done inside and out, some were done half and half, and some weren't touched at all). When cleaning the bathroom, they didn't move basic things like the toilet paper holder or plunger to mop the floor underneath. Finally, they didn't spot clean the walls like promised and they didn't touch any of the doors or moulding. Unfortunately, my partner was the one supervising most of the job and his attention to detail isn't always the best. By the time I arrived, the girls were pretty much packed up. I pointed out many of the issue and they would quickly wet a rag and run it over the spot, but that was it. They also advised me I couldn't buy more time as promised because they were already late to another job. Eventually, I just let them go and hired a second company to come out and finish the job the next day. So overall, I wouldn't recommend them for their services or for the way they treat their employees. I felt terrible because one of the girls they sent out had a very serious cat allergy and was clearly having a medical episode. She informed me that the company has promised to ask about pets before sending her to jobs, but they never asked me about it or I would have told them we had 4 cats! So in addition to doing a bad job on my condo, they put their employees in serious jeopardy.
