Stopped in this morning looking to buy a single wall oven, GE speed oven/microwave, cooktop and…read moredishwasher. There appeared to be multiple people working but only two were with customers and the others were just chatting. After 20 minutes of looking at everything and making tentative decisions, we still had not been approached by anyone. Instead, one salesman was catching I- with some friends, chatting about kids and college, another had gone to help someone else who walked in 15 minutes after us, one was checking out customers and another was one the phone. I appreciate stores giving you some space, but to go 20 minutes without acknowledging us when we were ready to s-end almost $10,000 is kind of ridiculous. We took pictures of the tags of the things we were interested in and left. Ended up doing research online and found the identical appliances at Home Depot and they were $50-100 less each. Plus they had a bundle and save that saved us another $400 for bundling 4 GE appliances. Thank you Grand Appliance for giving poor customer service, causing me to walk out and then saving $525 by buying at Home Depot.

The defrost cycle on my refrigerator malfunctioned and there was no cooling in the freezer or the refrigerator. The serviceman told me a step by step procedure to follow to get the unit back into service. The problem was solved and the refrigerator has worked properly since then. I called at a later date to thank them for the beneficial service provided on a holiday. The help I received was very much appreciated. Few people give that kind of service in the present society. If a problem arises in the future, they will be my first choice for appliance repair service.

August 2023, but of course they denied the claim, so I have to dispute it now within a certain timeframe, or it won't be within the warranty period. Its a complete joke. We have loose threads all over the couch, the pillows, the cushions, in between by the zippers, on the very bottom of the couch where the seams meet.. but the technician said it was due to a pet... WHAT PET? We have a retriever, she can't un-pull threads that were never sewn in the first place, or get to the bottom of the couch, or in between the pillows on the zippers and whatever the liar said. The lady on the phone was too busy eating her food to actually give me an answer.. couldn't understand her while she was stuffing her face.

I have shopped at Felton's my whole life and my parents did. I went in last November bought a…read moredishwasher and a refrigerator. not realizing these items were so new the didn't have parts for them yet. The refrigerator had a bad water leak. I'm very disappointed with the service I have gotten with the individuals answering the phone. They didn't seam to care if you didn't have a working refrigerator. The gentleman that came to look at the refrigerator was awesome All the guys that delivered installed and repaired are awesome. Because they didn't know when a new part would be made they replaced the refrigerate. Now the the compressor died. Felton's maintenance came told whirlpool the problem and determined there was freon leaking Also. Two weeks later an outside contractor for whirlpool came looked at it and said yep compressor is bad. Was going to leave and I told him to check for the leak which he wasn't going to do. I told him I didn't want him to come back to check it another day seeing he wasn't here. He detereined there was a leak and he fixed it. Then told me the compressor is on back order no idea when it will be available. Felton's give me a loaner refrigerator so I have two refrigerators in my kitchen dining area. To top it off the dishwasher I purchased the same day as refrigerator has also died control panel and the motor for discharging water died. The motor got fixed but control panel is on back order. I have two appliances that are under 6months old not working. My frustration is Felton's just say it's not our problem anymore call whirlpool I spent a lot of money on these two appliances and will take time to pay off. Thought they were different then other businesses but I guess I was wrong. Very sad and disappointed.

I called and visited seven different appliances parts and hardware stores. No one had this part and some places never even heard of the part. I am the matriarch of my family and do ALL of the cooking for Thanksgiving. At this point I am three days behind on my cooking and prep work and I am litterally freaking out and losing any hope of my oven being repaired before Thanksgiving. I called Handy Appliance Center and spoke with Cruz. Not only did he know exactly what part I needed, he told me he had the part. Cruz and Handy Appliance Center saved our Thanksgiving. Ashley refuses to send a technician out to finish the work because we are now outside of the 1-year warranty, despite that we reported the original issue immediately after the set arrived, well within the 1-year warranty. I can't recommend Ashley Furniture given the lack of commitment to customer happiness and I personally do not plan to buy any further furniture there - practically speaking, as we are in the process of buying a new house, we will need furniture and so the cost of the loss of our business is quite a bit greater than sending a technician out to touch up 3 chairs.

The sales staff is very extremely knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and know how to look up detaiis on the computer and get you the right information the first time without trying to blow smoke! Brothers Main bends over backwards, offers a great buyback warranty program and do everything they can to get you the appliance you need as soon as you need it and at a better price than anyone else. It was a total waste of time and unprofessional behavior on her end. She definitely has much to learn about customer service. My son came over and used channel locks and got the water shut off without any difficulty. The installers told me for $240 they could replace the shut off valve. the store reimbursed me the installation fee and is now recharging me to have it installed but now I am nine days out from when I was supposed to get it installed. They have not compensated me at all. The salesman told me I would get $850 in rebates, and I am not eligible for that amount and rebates , so that was false information also.
