I love Indian food, so that's not the issue, it just wasn't what I expected from a bakery that specializes in pies. I was looking through the options and asked the employee what their most popular pie was, pretty normal question, I think. But the response I got felt rude and kind of condescending. I was told, "Everybody has their favorite, all items are popular," in a tone that just made me feel like I shouldn't have asked. I'm all for supporting local spots, but customer service really matters. That interaction alone made me feel unwelcome, that will be my last time going there.

McDonald's doesnt even do that anymore). They also have fish, they make their own homemade chowder (yet to try), sandwiches, etc. My kids learned to like white fish by trying the fish here. Not my liking, but they enjoy it quite a bit. All the sides and extras are excellent. I wish the Mac and cheese bites were less zesty and more salty, but I'm a dreamer. Wally's has sold or is selling ownership, so I hope they remain the same general quality and taste they've had since I first started going here.
