This is the worst Menchie's I have been to in my life!! First of all the ice cream melted right away when I dispensed it into my cup second of all, their toppings were stale and their fruit was not fresh it looked like they were using the same fruit from five weeks ago. The bursting Boba was all slimy as if they were old and most of all the owner was rude!! I will never go back there again and I will be reporting them to the health department. Probably the nicest frozen yogurt place I've been to. Tons of flavors to choose from, scads of fruit, candy, and contrary to what you may have read, they definitely had mochi today. Although I didn't take advantage of them, there are little tasting cups to sample the different flavors, too. The best part was that everything was super clean. Pricing was pretty reasonable (two adults and a kid, all with lots of toppings was under $10). Because of the size of the place and the model, however, I can only imagine how unpleasant it would be when they're busy. At 8:00 on a cold Thursday in February, there wasn't a line, but business seemed steady. I came here a week ago and the lady at the counter was so nice and accommodating to my autistic nephew. The young girl behind the counter today seemed to be annoyed by his presence as if he was bothering her at the counter. The strawberries were still frozen and the clerk watched our every move like we were up to something. It's yogurt for crying out loud. The yogurt was partially melted as it came into the cup. I gave two stars for a week ago when the service was good. Today I would give zero if possible. Hire people who aren't annoyed by the customers! read more

The moment my husband and I moved to Novi, we mentioned how great it would be if an awesome yogurt place opened up near our new home. Well, you see where this is going...ask and you shall receive. Menchies is our go-to yogurt stop whenever in need of a yogurt fix. I absolutely love the bright and colorful interior, friendly staff, very clean, (considering this place is always packed with kids), and the obvious...amazing yogurt in addition to a large variety of toppings you crave. My go to is the basic Tart topped with fresh fruits (mango, strawberries, pineapple, and blueberries). :) read more

All the classic bits of a froyo place, but with a greater selection of flavors! There's not a lot of sitting space, so if you come during peak hours you'll probably end up eating in your car. It's a very popular family destination, so you'll often see young kids. Good yogurt, nice atmosphere, but pretty much a cookie cutter froyo store. read more

Menchies is great-if you go in. However, this company does not like to be bothered if you call in. I was trying to order a cake and I first called the Menchies on Eldridge and Westheimer in Houston, now bear in mind, their websites says delivery. It does not mention that not all stores do it and that you actually have to call Uber. So, at the store on Eldridge, I called and the man that answered said, "Well, as far as I know, from what I've been told, you have to come into the store to order cakes. We don't deliver." So, then after he hems and hahs for awhile, I ask to speak to a manager. So this man is going to put my on hold for less than a minut and then come back altering his voice trying to sound like someone else! And when I said "I asked to speak to a manager." He said, "I TOLD you I am a manager and we don't deliver!" So I hung up and called the one in Katy, it's 4 in the afternoon and well within their posted hours, NO ONE WILL EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE. So then, I called the on one Westpark, it rang and rang and finally went to an error message telling me the phone number no longer existed! So, finally I called the one Woodridge and the woman who answered was kind but still told me that contrary to their site, not all stores deliver. But she referred me to the one on Vintage and that man was also kind but finally told me that the only way to get a cake delivered was through Uber. So finally I called their coroporate office and the lady said they would contact my nearest store to see if they could make an exception and deliver. Now, it is noon the next day, my birthday, and no one had contacted me. Thanks Menchies, good to know you only serve customers who can come IN to the store. Great customer service. LOL. read more

This place is a racket and they don't seem to care. I walked in on a late night almost around 8pm, there was a family in the corner eating, and 2 teenaged looking millenials staring at their smartphones pretending to be workers. After wandering about for 5 mins without any interaction from the alleged employees, one of the gals asked if I had ever been there. Well No I've never been here I said wondering if I was actually going to buy something or leave, because I'm not used to being ignored for 5 mins in a simple dessert shop. They made me think I was getting a good deal, when before I knew it I had spent $15 for just 2 frozen yogurts. The place reminds me of some candy store inside 12 Oaks Mall. The overpriced yogurt sundae I ate was some sort of mint chocolate and I put some stale nuts and stale crushed andes mint chips. For my wife I mixed some sort of cake batter yogurt with some sort of alleged caramel white chocolate yogurt and tried to find something that was somewhat fruity - they had some sort of strawberries drowning in some sort of red goo. Like I said, when it came time to ring up - they put each cup on a scale and charged by the weight! YEAH a sham way to do business IMHO. Sure they tell you up front - it's X # Cents per ounce, but then you realize you could of gotten 2 large sundaes from the local ColdStone for less. BUT Heck, it's only money right. I doubt I will ever be back - unless I find a decent coupon. For the record, my wife never finished her sundae, and I ended up throwing it away. We love this place! We've tried other frozen yogurt stores all around town and this is by far the best. The yogurt is always great no matter the flavor, the staff is always nice and they typically have fun stickers and giveaways for the kids. read more

Been to another Menchies before and it was so much better than this one. This Menchies is dirty, only has about 8 flavors and the toppings aren't kept up with in terms of refilling/cleaning the mess. The dairy-free flavors of fro-yo they have here leave you guessing what is it instead of dairy bc the sign cards do not say what it's made from (i.e. Soy, almond, cashew, coconut milk etc.). There was a Silk flavor before but now it's just brandless, descriptionless fro-yo. I've some regular fro-yo flavors here too like cake batter and there's hardly any actual flavor to it. The staff SUCK. They rarely greet you and NEVER ask if you need help. When I started coming here I had only been to one other place like this before and wasn't sure abt things like where the cups are and the employees never offered to help, and don't even make you feel like you're welcome here. When you go to check out, they're either on the phones right in front of you and ignoring you or wander out of the back and silently cash you out after you wait there for 2 minutes.
