Relative to staff, there is no waitstaff as it is a counter order operation where this is really not a factor here. Overall, one of the best burger joints in the area at a reasonable cost. The takeout nature of business is a factor here to consider if you are looking for table dining as it will be a roll of the dice if you get a table depending on time of day.

The taste was a tad on the bland side for me however where some salt and salsa were required to pick up the flavor profile which I am sure is a function of keeping it to a neutral flavor profile to appeal to the masses and letting people season it to their personal taste. The El Pastor in particular, which is a marinated pork taco, had more of a subtle flavor from the marinade that did not jump out at you versus some of the better ones I have had. Having said that, they were still good authentic Mexican street style tacos. Overall, this restaurant is a great option If you are looking for better made Mexican food and are in this area.
