They also give the kids free "Menchies" stickers which is a big hit with them. If you can afford to break away from peak hours, you can get in and out in no time and be enjoying pretty decent Froyo. However, Friday, Saturday, Sunday nights,.. it is crowded! So beware. But go there,.. it's a good traditional Froyo experience and all the folks there are very friendly and polite. read more

Man... What is it with this location and their customer service?! If I could give negative stars, I most certainly would because that is the kind of staff they have operating this joint. So, my family and some friends came here after our kid's birthday party that ended late. It's Friday night, the GK game ended so the store was packed and the tables were full so we had to stand. I'd say we came in about 1030 and after the majority of us paid for our yogurt, one of the staff members, "Katie" walked up to a table full of kids from the school. She was very abrasive telling them they had to leave because they were closing and she needed to clean. I was shocked that she would have the balls to speak to her paying customers that way...20min before closing! Shortly after, Katie told my teenage sons that they could not stand where she was putting up chairs because that area is "technically clean". I lost my marbles and went off on her. I asked to speak to the manager, which was watching the entire situation and said she didn't know what was going on. Just thought maybe I share my it here. My visit was on 1 Nov 2019, a FRIDAY night @ 5:30pm. --Friday night, a weekend, at 5:30 in the afternoon--. No-one greeted me with "Welcome to Menchies". It seemed dark in there. No staff member was present so I began looking around not finding what I was looking for. A staff member eventually came out. I asked "Do you have any waffle cones?" She replied "No, I haven't had a chance today to make any". I'm sorry, but if she's been there since noon, didn't have a chance to make waffle cones???? She had a chance to make them, but for whatever reason, she chose not-to. Temperature of the yogurt seemed a little different than it should have been. Not too bad, just a little softer & more liquid. This was my experience and I just thought it should be shared. read more

When I asked if they could refill any of them I got a blank stare from the girl working there. The customer service was the worst part and why I'm leaving a 1 star review. If it weren't for the cute green and pink decor, and variety of well-stocked toppings this place would get a 0 in my book. When I showed the line was out the door, so I assumed this was going to be good. The layout was OK, a bit crowded for me, there is not enough space for more then two people to choose what they want freely. The entire experience felt like I was in line at the cafeteria holding my fro-yo cup close to me as a tray. Awful. The fro-yo area was a mess, test cups overflowing, etc. Most importantly, the fro-yo lacked any FLAVOR other than old freezer. I tried Orange Vanilla, which I expected to taste like a Creamsicle.... but oh no. It didn't taste like Orange or Vanilla. Blueberry, was BLUEish mixed with a tiny hint of vanilla. Long story short all the flavors I tried (5) lacked any distinguishable flavor. I finally put Honeydew Melon in my cup, because I was sick of testing and it was only one that tasted fresh. I continued to follow the leader down the rest of the yogurt onto the toppings and waited 3 minutes to finally pay. Also a note about the cup sizes, you have large, extra-large and giant. No small or medium in case you just want a snack. I am thinking I may be spoiled being that I am from So Cal where there are numerous outstanding fro-yo locations. I was excited to have a Menchies near by but was sooo disappointed! I may go in again in a couple months just to see if they decided to add flavor to the fro-yo, if not never going in again. read more

I am used to visiting limeberry locations so I knew what I was doing. I felt like this was a very small location we visited on a Saturday night so it was pretty well packed hard to get around people because of the circular counter right in the center. But I still really enjoyed the wonderful toppings and the frozen yogurt itself. They do have outdoor seating but it was raining so that wasn't really a option. I love frozen yogurt. I have never really had a problem at any menchies but this one is extremely busy! The line is usually out the door and you are usually waiting about 10-20 minutes. The line situation is a little ridiculous. There is not a ton of space between the check out counter and the where the yogurt is dispensed. When your trying to work your way down the line and people start coming back through it the space gets very crammed. I guess they should just need to build bigger Menchies. All-in-All its great and i will never turn down some frozen yogurt. read more

Alright so the froyo was what you would expect. They have about 10 or 12 different choices of flavors then probably 30 different types of toppings. You're probably wondering why I'm giving it one star. Service, my friends. You can have amazing froyo but when your employees suck, it takes away from it all. We walked in 15 minutes before closing and there were a couple customers already in there eating. As we walked in, we weren't greeted by the girl at the register. she just looked like she hated the world. We grabbed our cups and made it through the assembly line. We put our cups on the scale and I asked if we could use our phone number instead of our loyalty card. She didn't really reply. There was this moment of silence and she asked what the number was. No "how're you doing today" "did you find everything okay" , nothing! So we sat down an the girl started stacking the chairs and tables AROUND US! Then she started to mop! The other girl on shift (glasses and thin) said "you're good, INSERTNAMEHERE" I'm imagining to get her to stop mopping around the customers now that our table was in the middle of he room AWKWARD. The other customers were at one of the high tables so they weren't in the way like we were. We had planned on leaving at 10 when they closed because we both have worked and had to close down restaurants before and know how it is. So when I looked at my phone and it was 9:58 and she was mopping at our feet. I told my fiancé lets go. As we stood up, the glasses girl told us that we didn't have to leave and we can stay. I told her that was okay. Well the other customer, who was with her daughter, told them that they were being rude. Well, when we drove by that black girl was waving her arms around and just looked mad at the world. Management-I would have a serious talk with your employee (the girl with glasses was fine, it's the black girl we had all the issues with), we probably won't be returning for a while. Cold stone has a lot happier employees! Everyone wants to close fast and get out of work as early as possible but don't be mad when customers come in close to closing time! We've had great experiences here. Love the choices and the ability to make the amount you want, with whatever you want. There was a long line the first time, but it moved pretty quickly. I recently went to menchie's to try their newly advertised cakes and was very excited to try one. Unfortunately mine was icy on the top layer as it may have sat out while they were frosting it. The reason I'm giving a five star review though was in place of this happening, I wrote to menchie's letting them know my concern and the manager David went above and beyond to help make my experience none but extraordinary. He called me back and helped me to create a custom order cake with cake batter and Greek strawberry yogurt, and caramel and cheesecake bites inside the cake. He topped it off with a picture I had sent in and it turned out amazing! Taste and visually, it was the perfect cake. I would recommend special ordering your cake so you know it comes to you fresh and the way you like it. Mine was perfect the second time around. I also took my friends to get just the regular frozen yogurt served there and all the flavors I tried tasted superb! The chocolate is outstandingly bold! Loved it. The employees have always been nice and helpful too. The only input I have in this great experience is maybe a bell up front as the employees are sometimes in back and I waited there just a min or two before they came back out.
