I decided to work remote from Elements one day and had a great experience! This cute little coffee shop is right across Pioneer Park so I'll definitely be returning in the near future with my kids for a park + little treat date. It's quiet enough but they had a great playlist on when I was in here which I thoroughly enjoyed. The service was great and kind and she brought my order to my table for me since I ordered food which was appreciated. I got a vanilla latte and their breakfast sandwich which comes with bacon, egg, cheese, spinach, and a pesto aioli. The pesto aioli definitely ties the whole sandwich together and was a great pop of flavor. I'm a pesto fan in general so I loved it. The latte was also delicious, no complaints. We stopped in after visiting the library which is across the street. I had a 12oz cold brew which was refreshing and topped off with the perfect amount of cream. We also got a hot chocolate with whipped cream and a 4oz frozen yogurt cup. It was self serve but unlike other froyo places there were no scales at the end. There is only 4-6 flavors, and we chose chocolate which had a good creamy texture and tasted like chocolate, no sour notes. We loaded it up with toppings and my daughter really enjoyed the experience to choose everything. We will get a larger cup next time I think. The place has good vibes, it feels like a good local spot, with plenty of welcoming touches. Service was prompt and it wasn't much of a wait. We stopped by to take a short rest for us after a good, long walk with our dogs. We love that they have several outdoor tables and chairs as I sat down with the fur babies while my boyfriend went inside to order. After he ordered, he went to the bathroom, and not only did the cashier take his order but went out of her way to drop off our order to me outside. Thay was extremely thoughtful of her, and my boyfriend told me he didn't know she was going to do that. He got a tea bomb, and I got their small froyo, which is paid for upfront and not paid by weight. They also have several toppings from cereals, chocolates, fresh fruits, syrups, and a colorful selection of spoons. I've been to elements a couple of times and overall it can be a positive experience. It's clean and the atmosphere is nice for students looking to study. The range of drinks is pretty ok, I'd give it a 3/5 simply because every single time of had their coffee or espresso it honestly tastes burnt as if they just let the espresso shot die out. Variety of food could use some work but not too bad. I'd love to see them add some in house menu items for food!! Meh, we were there a couple of days ago and they only had like 2-3 choices available. My daughter was not thrilled. Their toppings did look a little fresh but if anything it should be: "choose your toppings and add some froyo!" They had 1 option for non-lactose and it was fudge- ew. They did have options on their frozen fridge. They had a buy one get one half off discount going on so we bought 2 little containers. One with mango "froyo" more like a frozen slurpee cause it was super sweet and red velvet froyo which did taste good but it had milk in it so I could not go beyond a bite. Overall not coming back, despite its awesome location accross from the park. The lady behind the desk had great customer service. I spilled my Moroccan tea and she replaced it with no problem. I even pick up a great mug that kept it hot for hours. Found this place on the Joe app because I'm all about convenience. It was a little bit of a drive from where I was at but I've been trying to branch out and support more local businesses. Despite my 20min drive, the barista must have timed it perfectly because my iced drink was perfect (clearly not watered down from sitting there too long) and my pesto bacon breakfast sandwich was still hot and absolutely delicious! I didn't have to awkwardly look around for a pick up spot either, the lady at the counter was anticipating my arrival and had my order ready to go. It had been years since my wife and I visited elements but we decided to get froyo last night and was very caught off guard that instead of paying based off weight, we had to pre pay by bowl size. And then to find out the smallest option was $7.00 was very confusing. So we just shared one bowl and felt like we had to fill it to the max to get our money's worth even though we wanted a fraction of the serving size. Women working the counter gave no eye contact, no thank you or you're welcome, and seemed annoyed we were there. A lot has changed since I was last here, and I must say that I'm not a fan of the new changes. First off, they are serving ice cream in addition to frozen yogurt. I can deal with it, but I really don't like it when froyo shops start bringing in ice cream. All of that aside, the real kicker is that they've done away with weighing cups per ounce and now it is all strictly flat weight. The smallest size is an 8 oz cup for $4, then the next size is a 12 oz cup for $5. A 16 oz cup will set you back $7, and the 24 oz cup is sold for $10. This is great for someone who wants to fill up their cup and not be charged a hefty fee, but it won't work well for those of us who can't consume much at a time. I asked the clerk about weighing my cup because I never get more than two ounces, but all she said was "sorry" and that I'd have to grab a flat rate cup. I even explained to her that I'm moving out of state soon and that I really wanted Elements once more, but she still insisted I buy the flat rate cup. I'm definitely not going to go somewhere that makes me purchase a flat rate cup when I'm not going to get anywhere near my money's worth. Definitely not the Elements that I fondly remember, and sadly this experience will be the one I won't forget. read more

I always loved this place but I forget how expensive they are each time I come in. $17 for two drinks is a bit much. I get that they are fresh healthy ingredients that still seems a bit steep. Nevertheless they have great flavor and sure nice employees. I was surprised at how slow it was but I'm hoping they pick up in the coming weeks. Tried this place for the first time today and I was so disappointed. Walking in it looked so nice. I ordered an açaí bowl and when I asked about the bowl the woman was very rude and short with me. After paying she put a frozen pre packaged açaí bowl on the counter. I was a bit confused because I didn't expect it to be prepackaged bowl so I grabbed the bowl and walked over to the self serve toppings because the bowl had no fruit on it. This was toward the back of the store. Their was at least 3-4 customers near the front of the store. I was looking over the toppings the woman who worked there came around the counter and stood closely behind me with nothing in her hands. This made me extremely uncomfortable. When I made eye contact she said nothing just stood there looking at me. I explained I'd never been there before she just said okay and kept staring at me. I was wearing a mask and appropriately dressed. I put toppings on my bowl and tried to leave quickly. They did not have a good variety of açaí toppings I didn't see any granola honey or peanut butter. I could have missed these as I felt very rushed out the door. The açaí bowl itself was very creamy compared to any others I've had. The toppings I used were strawberries kiwis and blueberries. The strawberries were perfect crisp and sweet. The kiwis were cold and fresh . The blueberries were very very mush and odd tasting. Overall would not recommend this place. read more

Nothing out of the ordinary for a froyo place. They have plenty of different selections of frozen yogurt & toppings. It's very clean as well, it wasn't busy when we went in (on a Tuesday evening) - but it's always nice to see that even around all the toppings the counters were clean & wiped down. They also have a juice bar available, which had quite a few different options to order from as well. I got the coconut froyo & was very pleased. I only got a couple toppings on the side to eat on their own (i love oreos & heath bars) otherwise i could just eat this happily by itself. It was really light in flavor & tasted just like my favorite coconut popsicles i like to get from the store. They also had a tart red bull flavor i want to go back & try. Next time. My 6 year old got good ol' fashion chocolate with every single topping he saw (chocolate chips, m&ms, gummy bears, gummy worms, brownies & a cherry on top...that was me cutting him off too). We will definitely be back, it's right across the street from the park we like to go to, so once summer time rolls around I feel like we'll be here a lot more. I rolled into here after circling Pioneer park, since the library is closed, observing my b'day or memorial day. Yesterday, I tried Blissberri up in Bellevue place and today it's Elements. You really can't distinguish this from all the other froyo joints. The formula's pretty basic: 8-10 frozen yogurt selections, 20-30 toppings ranging from fresh fruit to candy bar crumbs and charge by weight per cup. What a great business plan, why didn't I think of it first?! The place seems fairly clean, that's always a must for me. read more

Well...wish I could support my local small business, but I just can't on this one. Some of the yogurt was fine, but two of them were simply terrible in consistency and flavor. Those (cake batter and vanilla) were icy and watery, and when I took it back, the employee asked what I meant by consistency, and I just kind of looked at it. And she said, Oh, how it's all icy? (!!) Yep, like how it's all icy not creamy. I said (those flavors weren't sorbets or frozen ices). She did apologize, saying she was sorry we didn't like it, as if we had strange tastes or something . She didn't offer a replacement (nor did I ask because we did eat some of it), a partial refund or anything. So I just left the yogurt with her and went on my way. But in retrospect, I definitely feel as if I got no value for my money, as what we did eat of what we bought was pretty yucky. In these times of covid, I didn't want to stress out hardworking folks, but I'm also hard working folk and just threw away money, you know? My daughter, who won't pass up anything sweet ever, had the cake batter and couldn't eat but a few bites of it. Also, the Rolos my daughter for as a topping had big orange flakes on them, which kind of looked like M&m candy shell pieces, but it also might have been something else? They have açaí bowls! Great place since puyallup foesjt really have anywhere else to get an açaí bowl than Jamba Juice. You get to put the granola an fruit on yourself. The only down side is they don't make their own açaí, it comes from a tub. But the açaí is amazing tasting! It's $5 for an 8oz tub(which is tiny) and $8 for the 16oz which is shown in the pics. read more

1st impression - weird, nightclub vibe...............kinda of cool - if it was a bar. Little one also found it weird. We ended up parking in the underground parking. Girl working didn't greet us (just hid behind the counter). We tried a couple of samples and then ended up with cake batter (good), red velvet (good) and cotton candy (just ok). Finally made it over to Elements this evening. We're not huge frozen yogurt fans and really, not part of our usual diet, but the company I worked for did some of the interior work and I had to come check it out. We were greeted by everyone as we walked in and instantly we were getting samples of everything, trying to figure out what we were going to get. The redbull stuff is cool/original, but a little too much for my teeth and health, lol. Picked out the cheesecake, added a bunch of other tooth dissolving toppings onto it and then watched my wallet dissolve at the register. We probably won't be locals here, so it really wasn't that big of a deal, but it was a little more than I was expecting. Great atmosphere and good seating. Maybe a little more outdoor seating would be nice. Glad to see something like this in Puyallup, I think they'll do just fine! read more

Best place in Puyallup. I love Elements. Whats better then make your own sundaes. They have everything form Vanilla to Reese soft serve yogurt. And then you can top your Yogurt off with Fresh fruit or sprinkles, or whatever, huge variety of toppings. People there are really friendly. Great layout, but its always packed, so be ready for that. I can honestly say that if your in downtown Puyallup, have to stop in here and support a local business. Oh by the way be careful you pay by the weight. So it can get pricey if your not careful.
