I brought in a rim and a new hub for my son's bmx bike to get respoked. The staff was great, friendly and they got it done within the same day. Worth every penny to get this done because no YouTube video can give you the skill to do this like my son thought. I didn't even try to attempt this. When we picked the rim up, I told the tech that we needed some spacers for the crank set. He put them on the bike, installed them and added a dust cap too, when I went to pay, I asked him to charge me and he said don't worry about it. Last week I picked up my new SE bike. First of all, the bike is amazing and I wish I had more time to ride it. Craig and the staff were great and they are always helpful. Before they let me get out of the store, they went through the bike one last time to make sure it was ready to ride. Quality build and quality service from the guys here. As usual, the shop was busy and I noticed many bikes had been sold and replaced on the racks. I like shops with a quality inventory and that are busy. I'll update the post with the some pics of my new bike. As for the negative comments I am reading, my recommendation is that if you are afraid or fearful of being in public where social distancing and masks are recommended, maybe wait until this is over to purchase a bike in person. You can always order online and pick it up there. I have worked in supply chain and logistics in very unique parts of the government for more than 15 years. Many industry supply chains are hurting and many are broken. Manufacturers are just getting back to normal and the supplies to make bikes and parts are in high demand since bike sales are up as a result of the Stay at Home orders. There are plenty of bike stores to choose from but this one is the one I choose. When I find a good place, I stick with it. I am sticking with Menifee Bicycles. I came in to get a replacement inner tube for my daughters electric scooter and called in first and they were very helpful. I came in the same day amd they hooked it up. I highly recommend this business. I have been riding a road bike for a number of years. I was out on my morning bike ride one day when I punctured my rear tire and rim (see photo). They were very helpful professional and friendly. They repaired everything in less than a day and I am very very happy. The continental gator tires they sold me are the best I have ever owned. I used to use armadillo tires. However these have a much better shock absorbing properties as well as significantly less rolling resistance. I noticed a huge difference. I travel faster with less effort and I don't feel road bumps that I always noticed before. Great job team. You guys rock! read more

I've been really slow about doing this review. Nearly, 6 months ago I completed 12+ group cycle classes at Fitness19 (in the shopping center) with Ms Melissa. Mentioning to a class member, about driving to Murrieta for spin shoes she suggested your shop. Walking in a staff member asked if I needed help. Explaining my need for cycle/spin shoes, he showed me several pairs. I went with the Shimano MT3 black/green (the orange shoelaces made them pop). The whole team was very knowledge and friendly. They took care of all my needs. I was greeted upon entering the shop by Samantha. I was introduced to Eli who was my salesmen and I am very happy to know I was his first sale. My plan was to only drop off my current bicycle for repairs and that's it but then after being educated on the differences between a good bike & a cheap one when it comes to repairs it was a no brainer. The repairs on a cheap bike cost half of what i paid for the bike originally. After contemplating on whether or not I should just continue with my old bike or actually making the investment into something that will give me much more joy riding, I walked out with the BEST bike I never knew I wanted because I fell in love with this red beauty made by The Electric Bike Company I'm calling Sweet Jr. The owner Craig ( if I'm not mistaken) delivered my bike the same day. He also delivered my old bike about 2 weeks later. I went back and purchased my youngest son an Electra bike as well about a month later. I have to wait a while to go back and buy a few more bikes for my other 2 kids because they are costly. My bike cost about $2400 and my sons bike cost about $400 . I took my 15 year old road bike in on Monday afternoon. They called me an hour and half later to let me know my Ultegra shifter was jammed, but it was fixable, and needed a new cable. They fine tuned both the front and rear derailleurs, cleaned and lubed the chain, and aired up the tires. All for $51!?!! Amazing, definitely going back in the future for any service. read more

Have bought 4 bikes from here and will not buy anymore. It is very clear that they are not capable of handling as much business as they are getting due to the lock down. As a business owner myself I understand that it's stressful when you are busy and selling out of products faster then they can be replenished, but customer service should always be the number priority and it is definitely not anymore here. It seems like when they were slow they were willing to help anyone and now that they are busy and making more money then before they could careless to help the customers. When the workers decide to ask if you need help (I had to go ask for help at the front to the 3 workers whom were just sitting and chit chatting at the front desk about non work related issues) you are treated like an inconvenience. I wish I could say I will be back to spend more but unfortunately. UPDATED 5/25/2020 I was sent a message this morning from Craig and so I decided to change my review from a 1 star to a 5 star. Once we are back in California from our vacation we will more then likely be back in the store to purchase another bike after all. read more

May 22, 2020 I'm a dad and got five bikes at home for the family. It seems like one's always breaking. Called all around and no bike shop could fix my bikes with inside two weeks. Call Menifee bikes Craig answered the phone said bring the bikes down. They were able to fix my Townie's derailer. and my son's mountain bikes front brake. Every other bike shop I had called in the local area was going to be two weeks out. This is during these so-called pandemic and also the Friday of a holiday weekend. I had my wife bring in the wheel the day before but I found out she had taken the wrong one.
