I do not understand how does business is averaging 5 stars. I went there because it was convenient thinking I was going to get a simple repair done. I was quoted a price and then when it's time to pick it up it was higher than what I was told. I tried to reach out to the owner but got no response. I would say to anybody going to this business double check and get the quote in writing. Also noticed employees weren't very friendly. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

I just got into the MTB life and really didn't know much, got a bike online and brought it there for some work. And let me tell you, these guys kick a$$! I went to get my wheels straightened and a fresh tire done! Every single one of the employees were helping me out when it came to get used to my bike, they even went on google maps and showed me a lot of the local riding spots that they do. I visited Menifee Bicycles for the first time a few days ago and the service I received was outstanding. The bike mechanic greeted me and asked how he could help me. I explain ned that I had two bikes with shifting issues that needed servicing. He repaired my first bike as I waited in less than five minutes and didn't charge me anything. They kept my other bike overnight and adjusted the derailleur for only $25! I will absolutely use Menifee Bicycles for all my cycling maintenance and supplies needs. What a great bike shop. I just got back from my first ride on my new ebike and I mean to tell you it is a game changer! Not only did Menifee Bicycles have the right sized bike for me (extra small frame, not so easy to come by) but every question and concern I had was answered with expertise and knowledge. No more Walmart bikes for me. I have a decent warranty on an excellent product and was given some mighty patient instruction by darling Christina as how to use what feels like the Mercedes of bikes. I truly love how not one worker there tried to upsell me on anything. I am a complete newby to cycling so I could have been, well, taken for a ride on some things, but I was not. In fact, Isaac actually delivered my bike to me since I haven't gotten a rack yet. (Sorry Isaac I forgot to tip you but I will on my next stop at the shop.) Heard such great news about this bike shop. I was ready to pull the trigger on my ultimate gift for myself the new 2023 Scott: Lumen eRide 900 SL. It's the ultimate in electronic mountain bikes. I called in the morning to talk with the owner three different times on Saturday. Each time I was told he was busy. The person on the phone was being very nice and took all my contact information. After my last call I waited an hour then decided it's been all day and nothing. I just placed my order with Bike Attack. I always do my best to support local but I've got things to do. I am currently disabled. I have a walker with air filled tires. The manufacturer shipped the unit with the air valve stems angled so much air couldn't be put in. My dad bought my mamma a huffy rigid mtb (still with a kickstand) a while ago, it was hanging in the barn/wood shop for the last 20 yrs and needed some TLC before it got used again. She was going to let me ride it in my snowboarding off season, but when I brought it back home after a tune up, new chain, tires, handle grips. All shiny and riding like new like dad just left it under the Christmas tree for her again I couldn't do it. Hes gone and menifee bicycles was able to restore a little bit of his memory for her. Menifee Bicycles has been my pit stop for a tire pressure check at the end of my rides before. Ever since day one the crew here has always made me feel like an old friend. However today the guy went above and beyond the call of duty. He checked and adjusted the pressure in my Giant's tires. Noticed the front wheel was on backwards (my opps there) and quickly put it on the right way. Started to look the bike over and commenced adjusting and tightening one thing after another. Then he put the bike on the rack and ran through the gears. Satisfied everything was okay he put the bike on the floor and said "You're good to go." Then on top of this he was reluctant to accept the well deserved tip I offered. This is not an isolated incident at Menifee Bicycles. This is how the crew operates every day. Our family stopped by a a few weeks ago looking to upgrade our son's bike for his birthday as he hasn't been on a bike in years and needed something bigger. The staff at Menifee Bicycles were very friendly and helpful in finding the perfect bike for our son. They listened to what we needed and we didn't feel pressure to buy something. They even let him test out a few bikes outside to make sure it was a perfect fit. My son picked out a blue bike and they adjusted the seat to fit his needs. I went to Menifee bicycles with two of my sons flat wheelchair tires. One tire was a skinny specialized tire and the other was a meaty off-road tire. Craig, the owner, immediately realized he might not have the skinny tire on hand but had his crew fix the bigger tire. We came to pick a bike for my 7yr old daughter and Samantha was very patient with us, letting my daughter test ride several bikes.
