So I Sent in a request for a quote and the response was very quick. Craig was very kind and patient when it came to me explaining what was wrong with the bike. My dad ordered a bike online for my son and it came a bit defective. Craig sent me his hours of operation and even offered to come to my home to check out the bike. Because I'm a bit out of the way and I wasn't sure him seeing it would be enough to get it fixed as it looked as if a piece of the back tire was seriously defective. I took it in the next day and was greeted as I walked in the door by a very nice gentleman, he took a look at the bike right there and then seeing the problem said I needed a new back tire. I said I was fine with the repair and he started the fix right there and then! As he went ahead he noticed the piece was not bent just not placed properly the first time making it seem like it was bent. So he placed it in correctly and finished the job free of charge. I was so encouraged I had to buy something so I got my kiddos little lights they can put on their spokes. Such great service continued when they offered to help bring the bike back to the car and put it into the car for me. Seriously amazing customer service at this place. I know where I'm going if I have another issue with any of our bikes! I highly recommend them!! read more

This bicycle shop us the best ! I went there to put air in my 7 yr. Old's bike tires, chain on and oiled up, a few small fixes and to remove 1 training wheel, upon my visit this nice guy who worked on the bike for me advised me to go ahead and take both training wheels off my daughter will be fine that she would learn to ride without depending on leaning on one training wheel so we went with that, my daughter & I cont. Brought in a brand new bike to adjust the brakes for me and make sure it was safe to ride because I'm not a bike guy. That was $145. I thanked him and just paid. They did a "tune up" but wasnt what I asked for, just needed the brake adjusted because it was a hydraulic brake that I didnt want to mess with. The reason for this review was I tool the bike home and the next day I went to ride it for the first time and the tire was flat. I took it back and asked if they could fix. I also purchased some slime stuff so it would hopefully not happen again. When I go the bill for $25 I mentioned its a shame because I didnt ride it besides taking it off the truck and out front of my house for a min before I put it away. We can play the blame game thats fine and maybe it was my 1 min of riding that did it. But I guarantee they rode it more than me. And now that I think of it I noticed some low pressure while loading it. When someone paid $150 bucks for a brand new bike to get a "tune up" Hook a brother up and dont charge for a flat you probably caused. And say "im lucky I didnt get the E bike price" even tho it being an E bike literally has nothing to do with any work performed. Its mid drive and working on that bike is really no different. My recommendation is make sure you get a price before hand. brake adjustment is all I asked for guys and to make sure the tire was on right. read more

I requested a repair quote through Yelp and Craig replied to me within minutes. He gave me a rough estimate and requested I bring it in to have it checked. Said he could probably have it checked while i waited. I brought the bike in the next day on what seemed like a busy weekday. When I got to the counter, the lady said the turnaround time for repairs would probably be a couple of days. I was fine with the turnaround time and agreed to leave it. I mentioned to her hat I chatted with Craig through Yelp the day prior. She went to the back and apparently told Craig I was there as Craig greeted me shortly after and said he would take a look at the bike if I didn't mind waiting 30 minutes while he worked on it. Found out Craig is the owner. Craig immediately placed the bike on the rack and started to do a thorough check of the bike. He discovered quite a few things wrong as a result of the bent derailleur i brought it in for. He showed me each thing he found; bent chain, bent 2nd gear, bent derailleur hanger, bent front wheel (not a result of the bent derailleur), and explained that he would see about straightening the hanger, the gear, and the wheel, all while working on the bike in front of me. He was able to straighten everything out and only had to replace the derailleur and chain. He also trued-up the wheels and checked/cleaned the brakes. Craig's attention to detail and his openness in explaining each repair while not trying to upsell me gave me great confidence in his work. The cost of the repairs was more than fair for the great service I received. It was my first time here and they've definitely got me as a returning customer anytime I need bike services. I highly recommend this shop! read more

Tina and the team at Menifee Bikes are awesome! I took my old BMX bike in to upgrade tires, grips, etc to give to my 10 year old daughter. They treated us like we were the only people in the store!
