What a great venue and staff. I attended a wedding here in April ... and it was sooo nice. The venue and decor was beautiful... simple yet elegant. The coordinator, Jemaya, and her team were THEEE BEST. She were very knowledgeable, organized and on point. The wedding itself was so much fun, dinner was delicious ... kudos to the chef! The wait staff was very attentive and polite. And when the end of the night came no one wanted to leave. If you are looking for a venue... PICK THIS ONE! Had our wedding a couple weeks ago and people are still talking about it. Even though it is a little far and not too many hotel options nearby, the venue is perfect. Working with Jennifer was the best experience ever and if I could do it all over again, I would only change the theme. The food from what I heard was amazing and everyone had such a great time. Its extremely affordable and I love their customizable packages. Hands down best service EVER! I highly recommend this venue and will miss Jennifer and Alex. read more

I first want to start with thank you to everyone at Menifee Lakes for making our wedding perfect. It was amazing. The whole experience from start to finish was great. We fell in love with the property after visiting about 5 other locations. I knew the second we walked in, that this was it. Then the customizable packages were great. The staff there was awesome. They were always so helpful during the whole process, and always got back to you within 24 hours of any phone call or e-mail. All of our meeting were enjoyable, great, and so helpful. They definitely know what they were doing and knew how to keep me calm during the whole process. When it got closer to the wedding and I was getting a little more stressed that were so calm and knew exactly what to say to not to worry. Now the wedding day, when I walked in the ballroom, I was in Ah, my whole vision came to life. I was amazing. Jemaya the day of conditioner was a god sent, she was amazing. Had all my décor just how I wanted and received so many compliments on how amazing everything was. We also received so any compliments on how good the food was, so shout out to the chefs. About half way through the night Jemaya was leaving for the night (which I knew) she introduces us to our Banquet Captain Curtis, from there on out he was great. Always making sure we were good. Our guest has a great time and if you are looking or thinking of this venue I highly suggest. I promise you, you won't be disappointed. read more

So I get notified by my school that this company is hiring at all locations with every possible position available. I'm thinking like wow this is a great opportunity for me to start my hospitality management journey which is what I'm going to school for. I was very excited to email them. I emailed them last week on April 13th and got an email back the next morning from the general manager, Eddie Millan. He gives me the time and options of when to converse, so we set up a time for the phone interview. He says that we would call me the next day at 3pm. The next day comes, nothing, no call. I thought it was a bit odd so I wait one more day, I wanted some type of explanation even though it wasn't a big deal at first. Then I decide to email him again two days later and he claims that he was "busy". He asks if I'm available that same day to talk, didn't wait for a response and calls me immediately, I couldn't answer the phone because I was busy so I email him back about an hour later asking if he can do the interview the next day and he says yes. The next day comes, and NOTHING.... I really don't like complaining and being problematic but I have to put my foot down sooner than later. This was very unprofessional... Either an explanation or something would really be appreciated because I also have time that can't be wasted at all and hearing great news, that a place is hiring from my school is something that we college students cherish very much! It's been almost a year since covid has been here in the US and people have lost their jobs! I'm really wondering if more students from my major have even applied here. If they're going to get the same treatment as I did. Eddie, you shouldn't be a general manager. Super unprofessional of you. read more

We got married here on Sunday. The staff was absolutely amazing from the time we took the tour and still amazing now. Any questions I had they answered very quickly. You can customize your package to fit your price range. I mainly dealt with Jennifer and Amanda. The day of I also met Aaron he was just as nice. We had some nut and onion allergies, they had each dish labeled with what had nuts and what had onions. I would highly recommend booking with this location for your weddng. read more

I had the most amazing experience with this venue. I'm currently living in Texas, so it was a little difficult to plan a wedding from out of state. ANYTHING I needed Jennifer and Amanda were there to answer any silly question I had. They made the process of planning so smooth and relaxing. When I arrived at the venue the day of the wedding I was seriously stunned by how beautiful everything looked, my friends and family still talk about what a gorgeous venue it was. All the banquet staff made sure I was taken care of the entire duration of the wedding and the DJ also did a great job in entertaining my guests and keeping us on a great time schedule. I held off on providing a review for sometime but my husband and I were extremely disappointed in the services provided at Wedgewood Menifee. We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary and I must say we spent a significant amount money. The Wedgewood party planner did not remain at the event as expected. She was not dressed appropriately and left after my husband and I entered the room. We were left in the hands of the chef! We definitely received substandard service.We were left in the hands of the chef on site. We had several vegetarian guests and the planner was informed of how many vegetarian meals were needed. Unfortunately my vegetarian guests were not provided with vegetarian plates. I was told by the chef that they were not informed and that ....well they can just eat salad. That was completely unacceptable! Robert and his staff did an excellent job on decorating ...thanks Robert! Overall we were very disappointed and would not recommend this particular location. read more

I was not so into the DJ they contract to, JC entertainment, but I understand they're a separate entity. Absolutely loved Wedgewood Menifee Lakes. Our May wedding was beautiful. Jennifer in sales was incredibly helpful during the entire planning process. She walked us through each step, was prompt with responding to emails, offered tips and suggestions. I knew we were in good hands. We were really looking forward to an all inclusive venue so we went with all of their vendors. We are so happy we did. Our florist was Floral Sensations. They did exactly what we asked for. Even better, they were in contact with our baker, Jodee's Bakery to add flower to the cake. They were both on time and set everything up perfectly. It looked like something you'd see on Pinterest. Amanda was our day of coordinator and I am so happy we had her. The day of I didn't have a worry in the world. My girls and I were relaxing with champagne while Amanda made everything come together. She set up the venue beautifully, made sure everything ran on time, and got the men together and handsome. And when disaster struck with pouring rain 45 minutes before the outdoor ceremony (when does it ever rain in California?) she quickly cleared out foyer and moved the ceremony indoors. Many of my guests spoke about how great and professional she was. She and the captain made sure we were well fed and our glasses were always full. At the end of the night the captain packed up a to-go container with leftovers and cake for my husband and me. It was great the next day. We opted for the photobooth and so happy we did. The guests love it and at the end of the night we got a flash drive every photo taken. Our photographer was excellent and got some great shots. I had my wedding here in September, and it was truly amazing. First, my wedding coordinator Jennifer was so great with me and very detailed and made it a perfect day. She answered every single question I had, and there were a lot. Through the whole process she went over everything with me and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted. Jennifer and Jemeya were soo helpful on my wedding day and everything ran smoothly. The reception area literally blew me away the day of my wedding. It was so beautiful and I was speechless. Jennifer really outdid herself and set it up perfect. We had a lot of special request, and they accommodated everything the best they can for us. The BC and the rest of the crew were amazing as well the night of the wedding and were there if we needed anything. The only negative thing I have to say, is the gentleman cutting the meat and serving it was rude to a lot of my guest, including my family. The food was amazing and we got a lot of compliments from our guests. My DJ was awesome and was on top of everything and played great music and always had people on the dance floor. I'm so happy with the way everything went with our wedding and reception. It happened to start pouring rain just as I was about to walk down the isle and lickety split the ladies moved everyone into the entrance and improvised a beautiful and cozy setting for our ceremony. It all turned out so special. The food was wonderful... so we were told neither of us couldn't eat. The prep for everything was fairly easy because Wedgewood is a one stop shop. I was a guest at the Wedding of Tabitha Minton and Lee Hagens on November 2, 2014.Everything was good but the sewer smell was overwhelming but my party and I had to leave early before the cake was served. Is there way to fix the sewer? Otherwise I will not recommend this in the as a venue in the future. They can get someone sick and it's a health code violation. read more

Just had our wedding this past Saturday and the whole day was perfect. I've never seen so many different vendors work together and communicate so well. The biggest benefit of having our wedding here is they take care of hiring all the vendors for you. We used all wedgewood vendors and the day was flawless. Amanda and Jennifer (the wedding coordinators) are amazing. They communicate very well and are quick to respond to any issues or changes your having. I'd recommend this place to anyone who likes to keep things organized. As far as wedding stress goes, this place alleviates so much of it. You only need to worry about the little things.
