I came in with a few inspiration photos that were a DRASTIC change. Carter checked in with me a couple times to be sure - then he pulled my hair back and chopped it right off. He added a few highlights and put me under the hood to process. As I sat and scrolled on my phone, I listened as he interacted with a new client. He truly listened to what she was saying, asked for clarification, explained to her why her hair looked thin as it grew out (her complaint) and the best way to cut her hair to fix that. She was getting color so he finished with her and it was my turn. His shampoo/head/neck massages could be offered as a stand alone service. I could have just melted into the chair. Back to the haircut...I think some people were born with an ability to know how to fix their hair. I am NOT that person - by any stretch of the imagination. Carter showed me the products he used and explained what he was doing. What good is a great haircut if you can't make it look like it's supposed to? Thanks to Carter - I can! I love my new haircut!!
