We are consistently on time, loyal customers, and unfortunately the customer service has rarely felt welcoming or friendly. This past Friday, due to traffic, we arrived 10 minutes late for my 10-year-old son's appointment -- not 15 minutes. My son doesn't get a wash or styling, just a simple haircut, yet the stylist refused to cut his hair at all. What really shocked me was that instead of trying to offer a solution or accommodate us in any way, we were simply told we would still be charged 25% because of their late/cancelation policy. A little understanding and customer service would have gone a long way. Something as simple as, "Here's what we can do for your son today," would have completely changed the situation. I left feeling extremely disappointed by the lack of care and professionalism. I've since canceled my subscription and will not be returning. I hope this reaches their management so I can tell them the exact stylist that was just so impossible and not willing to be agile in anyway.

The owners have clearly invested in eight new chairs and each of the eight stylist stations. So my question is the Honors is, why on a Saturday afternoon with there only be two stylus available? I'm not willing to spend that kind of time waiting in line for a stylist to become available simply because you're trying to cut cost. I've seen this far too frequently and so I think it is a behavior rather than an exception. If this doesn't change, I will be going elsewhere for my future haircuts.

This was the best choice! I received so many compliments since Saturday on the precision of my cut. It's hard to find a man or woman skilled with scissors and clippers. Having a short hair cut is weekly maintenance for me since my hair grows so fast and I like to keep it groomed naturally curly or in a silk press. She is one of the best stylist I've had and I'm so happy I adopted a new stylist!
