The Luminary process is a bit lengthy, ~1.5 hrs, but worth it. Luminary stays longer than traditional gel and is better on my nails than the dip I used to get. The salon itself is clean and the staff very professional and the cost is reasonable as well. They have a specific cancellation policy be sure to fully understand the implications of cancelling an appointment before you book. I use the Vagaro app and it works perfectly for me. The salon offers many types of nail services and I impressed with the options. I've yet to get a pedicure but plan to when the weather warms. I've seen some serious nail art while there and it would appear that they do a great job of it as well. I highly recommend the salon and Teagan!

A few days before my appt, I cancelled the pedicure. The morning of my appt, I got a call, wanting to make sure that I knew my tech was out of town and I didn't have a manicure that day. Why would I know that? My manicure was still scheduled. After the person seeming annoyed, she said they could "squeeze me in" at my appt time. As a result, I spent the same amount of money on a manicure they rushed in half the time. The second time, manicure and pedicure scheduled again. The manicure was fine, not great. Had some lumps in the gel. They scheduled my manicure and pedicure an HOUR apart... so they told me to go shop or something? I came back at my appt time and my tech was just starting someone else's manicure. On top of that, one of the other techs looked at my appt and asked why they took off time from my appt slot. They were still going to charge the same though! The salon was supposed to close 30 min after my appt, and the tech was just going to rush me, so I told them to cancel that. Overall, their scheduling is terrible and their customer service needs to improve. I won't be returning.

You want the table a little warmer/ cooler? Got it. Want to lighten the pressure in certain areas? Sure, no problem! Curious about how 'x' pain connects to 'y' limb? You'll get an accurate, thoughtful response. Lights lower, music softer? She's on it. No stress added that I arrived a couple minutes late. She apparently had time, so she tacked those couple minutes on to the end and I got as many minutes as I actually paid for - that's always super appreciated! It would be nice if the room was a little more soundproofed or located further back in the building away from the road; I could hear lunch hour traffic rushing by on the street about 20 yd away. But other than that, this was a great massage, and I've had plenty over the decades. A lot of therapists these days slop through the motions, but Karen really has a pinpoint, accurate understanding of the human body and I give her full props for 90 minutes of targeted, firm pressure body work. Me having slightly arthritic hands, I greatly appreciate her stamina! I left the appointment, amazed with an amount of flexibility in my neck and shoulders I haven't felt in probably 10 years. My 82 yo mom loves it here, too. There's a plethora of skilled service providers and lots of face, body, general wellness treatments to choose from.

Scheduling was easy online. I did the new client massage for $79. When I walked in the place was peaceful and clean, but definitely a chain type feel... Her eyes went sideways and she said she did more soft massages... so I was like, "well this isn't gonna be worth a Lima bean". But I was wrong. Alexis came through and gave me a very good and firm massage. She was kind and sweet. She used elbows like you would kitchen utensils on the toughest dough.
