A couple of things that knocked it to 4 stars were the fact that the steam machine being used was only hitting the left side of my face, and I could see marks on the massage table from the persons legs before me, as though it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in that spot. But I used the free samples she offered and actually loved some of the products so much that I bought the full size. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and it wasn't very long before a staff member introduced themselves to me and led me back to a room to discuss my needs. I had Brittany and she was lovely. She asked a lot of questions about what I was looking for, gave me options to choose from, and even priced me out before getting things started. That was really appreciated by the way. She sold me on a membership type deal where they collect $50 on a monthly basis and add it to a "bank" that I can use for services in the future. It pretty much adds up over time until your next visit and then it doesn't feel like as much of an expense when the time comes. I've done this at nail salons and can confirm it's a nice thing to have. For this trip I went with some wrinkle relaxers, aka botox. It had been a hot minute since the last time I got it and it was a breeze. Pain free to the point where I hardly felt it. My results came in within a week or so and they're great. I definitely plan on continuing so I can maintain some youthful skin as I age. I have no doubt that I'll give their other services a go in the future. The Luminary process is a bit lengthy, ~1.5 hrs, but worth it. Luminary stays longer than traditional gel and is better on my nails than the dip I used to get. The salon itself is clean and the staff very professional and the cost is reasonable as well. They have a specific cancellation policy be sure to fully understand the implications of cancelling an appointment before you book. I use the Vagaro app and it works perfectly for me. The salon offers many types of nail services and I impressed with the options. I've yet to get a pedicure but plan to when the weather warms. I've seen some serious nail art while there and it would appear that they do a great job of it as well. I highly recommend the salon and Teagan!

Generally they always seem extremely stressed to stay within very tight time frames (I think my service was like 18 minutes) and kind of churning people out as quickly as possible.
