He was smart enough to ask my wife about whether we we wanted ties and shirts... They put their heads together and came up with great ideas. No pressure... Just answered questions and let us decide. Just a couple of things for new customers to be aware of: I came here because the yelp page says, "buy one Cosiani Wool blend suit for $399.99 & get the second suit for FREE. With 2 ties included." You can see that on top of the page as of 07/02/23. When I showed up, they said this is not the case at all. They weren't understanding about it, or like, "oh sorry, but that's not our current deal." I told them that's what it said on their yelp page but the woman working said, "hey sometimes I read things wrong too." She kind of made me feel like an idiot about it. It was strange haha. Also, the pant sizes are pretty long in length. So if you find a suit that fits you, there's a good chance you'll have to get the pants altered. That's about $75 just for the pants. If you think about buying 2 suits, along with the alterations, the buy 2 suits for $400 ends up costing you about $600 or so? It's still not a bad deal for 2 suits, but you won't be getting wool or wool blend. I ended up driving over to Men's Warehouse on Lake and got a 100% wool suit with alterations for about $400. Beautiful suit, might cost you a little more but that's up to you. Men's suit outlet did look great though with lots of selections. read more

This place is great, I seriously can't imagine anyone having a bad experience. I walked in with sweaty from a run, picked a suit out and asked them to hold it for him to try it on when we had more time. I wouldn't want to buy a suit any where else. Remember no matter what you get what you pay for. If you choose to get three suits for $100 yes they are not going to be the quality of the one suit for $400. The suit we bought was about $400 and fits absolutely perfect. The Taylor at this location is a master! Seriously even took in the sides of the jacket for the perfect fit. I highly recommend Ken for your professional suit needs. For most of us, we have experienced the sales people for HS formals, proms and even frat needs. When your child need a suit for his 1st real job, it's a different story. Where do you go? Brooks Brother's? Jos A Bank? Nordstrom Rack? Men's Warehouse? Amazon? Ugh. Go to Men's Suit Outlet. Ken looked him up and down and brought suits out that required little alteration. Tell him your price point (I spent an emergency $350 on a suit from Kohl's for a frat) and voila. We went to Men's Warehouse after Men's Suit Outlet and why did every suit they brought out need major alterations ($50? and a week turnaround)? That young man was nice but he didn't have Ken's experience. I think I have more experience than him. My kid picked up his suit today after the pants needed to be altered in the waist and you know that is a major job. The fit is perfect. Ken didn't charge me for alterations. I needed a full formal suit on a short notice due to an event that came up. I expected this suit buying process to take multiple hours, perhaps even days. But none of that happened. I went to Men's Suit Outlet. I told them what I needed. And they found me a suit. The whole process took less than 30 minutes. The owner Ken had great intuition for finding the perfect suit that met all of my conditions. I immediately fell in love with the suit he showed me, and it fit perfectly! He had a great sense of what fit me. Ken was patient and helpful, and I had probably the best customer service than other clothing stores I've been to. The suit i bought in the end was a 100% wool, half canvas Italian piece that was the perfect price and fit. There was a wide selection of suits of all price ranges from $300 to over $1000. Their suits don't carry "brand tax" that other places have. For example, a Hugo boss suit of less quality cost more than the one I bought. Within seconds, the purveyor had guessed my size and shown me to the section where I could look at colors and styles while he finished his current customer.
