I never thought I would care enough to leave a review for a clothing store, but our experience here was so awful that I feel it's necessary. Our son is a freshman at Miami University and found out that he'll need a suit in two weeks for a job fair. We've used the store in Columbus many times with great results, so we thought this store would be our best option in the area. This was a completely different experience. The woman helping us didn't take any measurements, just asked what sizes our son normally wears. We eventually had to grab sizes we thought might work and he tried them on without any guidance on fit. The length he needed in a jacket wasn't available to try on so she told us what thought would fit best. She only agreed to measure him instead of eyeballing it when we insisted. There was an older lady working who seemed to be observing our interaction. I was hoping she might have more experience and jump in with some help. No such luck. I honestly wish we had driven the extra five hours back and forth to bring my son home to the Columbus area. read more

Visited twice with my son to browse for homecoming, once yesterday & another day last week, there was a different employee each visit. We received excellent customer service!! Both men were very customer oriented, they were very helpful, patient and informative. The prices are a bit steep but from what I saw the clothing is good quality & they also have a lot of accessories that may be needed . I like that the store is smaller and I also like that the store has mannequins dressed in the different types of suits & labeled for customers to view. I was going to return to make a purchase yesterday but I ended up not feeling well so I'll return later this evening or tomorrow. read more

Worst "customer service" EVER! We ordered a custom suite and were given a delivery date of Sunday, 4/17. That week it still hadn't arrived so we called for an update. They refused to helps us or look up the information and EXTREMELY RUDE and said "wait until the end of the week, it will be here". So we called back several more times that week and the following week. Each time they were EXTREMELY RUDE and told us give it to the end of the week, refusing to look up our order. On 4/3 I finally spoke to the manager, Tia. She, again, told me to wait until the end of this week. By this time it has been 5.5 weeks for a suit we were told would be ready in 3-4 weeks, so I said absolutely not, you need to call and get a date this will arrive from the carrier. She promised to call back that evening before they closed at 9pm. 8:38 pm, she still hadn't called so I called the store and was told she had left(!) but I could speak to Wayne, the on duty manager. I said fine, they put me on hold for 8 minutes. After 8 minutes on hold they hung up, I called back repeatedly. They wouldn't answer, and actually picked up the phone several times and just hung up, apparently it was close enough to closing that they decided not to deal with me, even though they were open for 14 more minutes. The next day Tia finally returned our call and left a voicemail "great news, your suit is on the way and will be here soon!"I decided to call cooperate anyways to report the stores unprofessionalism. Cooperate looked into the order and said "your suit isn't even in the country yet, it won't be here in time, the store was notified we are having production delays and they were told to notify all customers." So apparently Tia doesn't know how to track orders. I have emailed the regional manager, Eric Jones, to see how he expects to handle the incompetence and disrespect we have been shown and still have not received a response..... Our wedding is next week, we don't have a suit and don't have time to get one from another company. Horrible experience, top to bottom. 5/5 @ 4:00pm Follow up: called the store 'manager' , Tia, to follow up about what to do to move forward. Her response "I cannot help you, I have customers." I said, "I am a customer." She replied "I have customers and I cannot help you right now." She then put me on a 6 minute hold, followed by hanging up. read more

Staff was blatantly disrespectful and didn't seem to want our business, I will never be returning and I hope people stay far away from this lousy place they call a business. They are lacking in almost every product, we went in for basic dress wear and left empty handed and extremely pissed off for lack of a better term. read more

I went here to buy the suit I'm going to wear to get married. When I went to be fitted I was "helped" by the Assistant Manager, John. He had no idea what he was doing. Rather than taking measurements, he asked what sizes I usually wear and went with those sizes. They had nothing in the store and everything had to be ordered. They were supposed to call me in a week when everything came in. 3 weeks later I called them and they claimed my best man had picked up his vest only and left the rest of the suit (makes no sense). Then they admitted they gave the vest away and needed to reorder it. I finally went to pick up the suit and get tailoring done. When I picked up the suit the tailoring was awful. The pants were too long and baggy. The jacket sleeves were also too long but the seamstress wasn't working that day. I now took it to an alterations place and the guy said the tailoring was done completely wrong and I'm paying again to have it done right. Don't give them your business! read more

Rude, just plain rude. We walked in and waited patiently for someone to be available to help us. Two other people walked in and up to a man who was already helping other people, interrupted the man, and the man got them help. He ignored us the entire time we were in the store. This place is a waste of space and time. read more
