I was left on my own to pick out the dresses, hold them, find my way to the dressing room and try them on. My fiance was with me, and since there was no one to help me put the dresses on, he did. When the girl finally decided to check on us, she kicks my fiance out of the entire fitting area because he's a guy. She barges in while I'm undressed (did I mention she did not even introduce herself to us?) and barely knows how to help me into the dress. We left directly after that because this is the most unprofessional joke of a bridal salon we've ever seen. Their selection is horrible, too. If you're looking for terrible customer service and a wedding dress that looks like a 15 year old's junior prom dress, by all means check this place out. But don't even consider bringing a male because they are not allowed!

I can find the same cute items online or in Dallas, Austin, or LA without having to deal with the attitude. I have already ironed on a bunch of my patches I had been storing for years. Love it - especially for the price: $43.30 including tax. It's sturdy and has been easy to use during several trips to the range this far. Thanks also to this employee for directing my daughters to the clean restroom. I needed a new suit in a hurry for my cousin's funeral. I didn't have time to get something tailored or to shop around forever. Kaylee was AMAZING!! She helped my wife and I find a great suit and even worked with us on price. They did a rush on hemming the pants so I could pick them up later that day as to leave town very early the next morning. I read all the terrible reviews BEFORE going in and fully expected average to terrible service and honestly thought I would have to go elsewhere but that was NOT our experience. There were multiple employees in the shop helping several customers. Hopefully, the other reviews were from having low staffing during last year but our experience was so good! It's this beautiful English netted dress but there were layers of netting, lining, and something happened during production and the front was pulling upwards when it was worn properly. I didn't want the dress to be overly edited because I wanted to sell the dress once I was done. I also couldn't get it altered at the store I bought it from because it was 5 hours away, so I found V through google and yelp. I wanted someone who is knowledgeable and experienced with special occasion dresses because it's a different beast than a traditional hem and strap adjustment. Not to mention, I had been loyal to another alteration place in the area and their quality of work had been steadily declining while their prices were increasing. V did such an excellent job. She truly understands the way a dress is supposed to flow and move when one is walking. The hemming is beautiful and clean. She addressed all my problems and the dress fit PERFECTLY. The pricing was absolutely reasonable for the amount and quality of work. She made me feel comfortable, heard, and the dress was finished in a timely manner. When I told her my issues, she showed me options and we worked from there. I am so pleased. Thank you so much.

I took it to another location who had less seamstresses, got the alterations I needed and even altered the slit in the leg for me too, for $75. Completed in 2 days. Also I had an appointment made for 1 o'clock and the store was closed, someone showed up at 1:22. No communication. Staffing was friendly, so 2 stars.

The waist was correct and I agreed to pay for the suspender buttons because two of the buttons were correct and she did supply all four buttons. She was obviously angry and still does not admit the work was sub-par but we were refunded $49.00-the price of the sleeves ($35) and the "hem" ($14). Again, I have seen beautiful work done by Jenny's on women's clothing. She did make right on the refund. It is a shame that it took such ado to get satisfaction from this company.

She promptly came out and started going over my vision and what I wanted. I also liked that I could link my Pinterest so she could have a better idea of what my vision was before the appointment. Which I'm not totally sure was taken in to account but that's ok. All I can say is I'm so glad my mon was there to help because I felt like I was in a changing room. There wasn't really anywhere outside my changing room for anyone that came with me to sit comfortably while I tried on dresses which seemed a little strange. That's actually why my mom ended up in the dressing room with me. My consultant was great. She tried really hard to find my perfect dress but it just wasn't happening. Then they would look at another after a bride would come out and go back into room and roll their eyes at each other! These ladies Rosa, and can't think of the other two but will get names and return to put them. But you'd think David's Briadal would do something. Then they was complaining g about only getting like 20-26hr only a week to work and how that company sucked to work for and blah blah blah. All this around where we were. Then they'd walked a little ways away and huddle up pretty much and whisper and just ugly and rude. But when they thought they sold the almost $4k dress they started being nice and sweet lol Storw was pretty clean they was picking up straight pins out of the floor where the brides and others were walking barefooted. Make it nice and clean and have chairs for bridal parties and make it memorable that's one of the most important times in a ladies life.

Francesca's has been the source of probably 60%+ of my jewelry purchases. They offer both trendy and timeless pieces with earrings ranging from $5-$12 and necklaces usually in the $20-$30 range. Definitely not bad. I get lots of tops and dresses here. Scarves are another top seller in my book and I have one small clutch from here. I could spend hours just looking over the tables of knick knacks. The only drawbacks to this location are that it is very small. My husband normally will go anywhere shopping with me because he is a saint. However, he draws the line here because its so small and crowded that he feels awkward waiting around for me while I prance back and forth all over the store. And lastly, the sales staff is so hit to miss. Sometimes they are welcoming, accommodating, and friendly. Other times they seem to judge you if you're not looking your best and assume you aren't worth their time. In this case they continue chatting amongst themselves and completely ignore your presence in the store. Which can be really awkward when there's 4 of them and you're the only customer in the tiny space.

Do not go to this place! I took three skirts to her for minor alterations and she got two of the…read morethree wrong. 1. She barely speaks any English so its impossible to tell if she understands what you are asking her to do. She just says, "ok" to everything. 2. She doesn't write anything down. So she forgets and does the wrong thing. 3. She is incredibly slow, and, maybe because of number 2, she never finishes anything by the date she tells you she will. I took three skirts to her and tried them on and told her what I wanted done to each skirt. She pinned them and said "ok". She told me they would be ready in a week. After a week and a day, when I hadn't heard anything from her, I called to check on the status and she told me they were not ready and it would not be until the end of the week. This was not ok because I had an interview at the end of the week and needed one of the skirts. So she said to come get them in 2 days. When I went to get the skirts two days later, only one was done correctly ( and not very well). On the suit skirt I needed for the interview she had taken the skirt in, rather than let it out as I had asked her. I don't even know where she got the measurements to take it in. She must have made it up. The other skirt was supposed to only be taken in at the waist, but instead she took in the entire skirt making it at least a whole size smaller. Neither of the two skirts fit anymore and I had to leave them with her to fix. She told me the skirts would be ready in a few days. When I returned on the day she told me they would be ready, she said she thought they were not supposed to be ready for two more day. This was completely wrong. I had to leave and return at the end of the day. To top it all off, I had to ask her, rather than her offering, if she would give me a discount for getting two of the three skirts wrong and for how long it took to complete. She only gave me $5 off my $50 bill. Do not go to this woman. It will be a disaster and take far too much time and frustration.

On the day I came in I had a bad burn on my hand and was keeping it iced. However, my ice had melted and the throbbing ache of the burn was returning and she asked me what happened. I told her and she gave me a whole tray of ice to refill my bag!! I said 4 cubes was enough but she insisted I have all of them!! How sweet! This provided much needed relief because burns suck!! It hurt all day and she really made a difference with that act of kindness. I highly recommend her.
