Awful customer service. Traveled in from out of state for a friends wedding. My jacket was wrong, manager told me I'd have to come back the following day, the day of the wedding, I told her that wasn't possible, mind you I don't have a car as I'm traveling, I asked for a discount to wear the wrong jacket and look silly for my dear friends wedding. All of the sudden they had a tailor in-house to make the adjustment although she had just lied to me and said the tailor was only in the following day, so I sit there for 20 minutes, wasting my valuable time, I ask for an additional day to return my suit as a show of good faith for wasting my time, and got scolded at by the tailor. read more

Our experience here started out amazing, but it ended up turning worst and worst due to the quality. We went here about a month ago to buy a suit, the service was great and they were really helpful. When we got home we realized that the dress shirt had stains all of it. When we returned it, they had no more in stock, so they rushed ordered it for us for free. When we got that shirt in the mail it had even more stains on it than before. I am not sure if men's warehouse is restocking their shirts with rentals and just putting them out for sale afterwards, but it's kind of ridiculous. We just recently stopped in to return it again and we ended up having to spend more money to replace it since they couldn't offer us anything. They didn't even discount the difference or anything. Considering this is the third time I think that is absolutely ridiculous. Go at your own risk, check the shirts as they may be stained. read more

I would wear shorts every day of my life if it were an option. :) However, I needed a suit for an upcoming event and didn't even know where to begin. I came in to get a suit for a wedding I'm apart of in a couple of months, and I came in on a great time! There was a sale to purchase one suit and get another for a total of $399. There was an option to rent which is $299, but I must confess, I'm a man that needs more suits in his closet. There were custom suits available in which alterations to the suit are free whenever you need them, but if you purchase a suit that's non-custom, the alterations will come at a cost.There three piece suits, and two piece suits that come together. If you need just a coat or a pair of pants, they can accommodate with that. Another great thing about mens warehouse, is that they have casual shirts and dress shoes to go with any outfit! The low review is because there were signs for a buy one get one 50% off sale for all ties and I was told by a different person that even though the system was not registering the ones I selected, they would enter it manually and give me the discount but they went back on that immediately after. The tailoring was poor. The older gentleman that worked on my suit flooded my pants and did not take in the waist on the pants or coat. When he took the suit back a second time, it was returned to me in 4 days and all he did was fix the pant length he had done incorrectly. The suit is still baggy. Never again! Our son purchased a suit 2 weeks ago for his Grandfathers memorial service on October 2nd. Not only was the suit NOT ready but they couldn't locate it's whereabouts. When they finally found it not only had it not been tailored but was also in Atlanta! He lives in Orlando. After a few hours and refusing a tuxedo, he was given a "loaner" suit for the event and was told to bring back the loaner when his suit arrived. Sorry. Not good enough. We will be contacting the corporate office on Monday. Unconscionable. The Altamonte Springs store manager, Paul, was less than helpful. I really want to like this store but the service is bad. I went in today around 10:30 thinking the store would be empty. There was one other customer being tended to and several employees standing around. I didn't get an acknowledgment that I came in. I went to go look at some shirts and again, no acknowledgment. Eventually I was greeted by someone with a "Whats up dude? What are you looking for?" I told him I was there to get measured for some new shirts. His response was go sign in and someone will help you. Okay...so I signed in and went back to the shirts. Eventually someone asked if I was okay and again I explained I was looking to get measured and buy some shirts for an upcoming wedding. To his credit, the second person did measure me and gave me some info on the difference between two shirts. Once that was done he pointed me in the direction of the shirts. He also instructed me that if I wanted to try something on, don't try on those shirts; they had other shirts I could try. I sorted through shirts for a couple of minutes with no luck finding my size. Still there was no help. Finally I just left, with no acknowledgment, and spent a couple hundred on shirts on Amazon. The value of Mens Wearhouse to me has always been the service. If the service isn't there, I can get the same shirts cheaper online and return them if they don't fit. I'll pay more for actual service. read more

We just went there today, to purchase a new suit for my husband. We walked in and were greeted immediately. The gentlemen told us to just wait for him, until he rings up his current customer. We then told him what style and color we were looking for and he pulled a jacket, which fit right away. My husband is very tall, so finding a suit for him, that fits nice and has the right arm length, isn't an easy task. He then brought us the matching pants and let my husband try them on with shoes. They needed some alteration, so he marked the correct length. The suit alterations will take about 3 weeks, which is ok for us. Our customer service representative Dylan, ended up giving us a few discounts and because of that, we decided to get new shoes as well. All in all, we were in and out of the store within 30 min. We went to Men's Wearhouse to grab some business clothes for my boyfriend's new job. I was very disappointed with our visit. No one was seeking to help us and when we finally got help, we were treated as if we were a Hassle. I have never had such terrible customer service. Some of the associaciates were busy but many were standing around talking to each other. Dennis was the only associate which helped us out although he was busy with other guests. I was holding all of the clothes on my arm and no one offered to grab them from me or take them up front. Again Dennis was amazing and welcoming while everyone else seemed only want us to leave. Usually by my purchases from Mens Wearhouse online. But on this occasion had to go to a store because I received a $50 certificate in the mail. And I wasn't quite sure what it was. I went to the location on Colonial Drive. I was promptly greeted by Ned. He told me that that certificate was like cash. So I looked around and I walked out of there with some cufflinks, and a pair of socks. I use my certificate, and a few extra dollars, of course. My visit there was very pleasant, Ned made all the difference in the world. When it comes to customer service, there is nothing like pressing the flesh. My first experience at this location was overly pleasant. I was here for the first time in early April to order/reserve a suit for my sister's wedding at the end of the month. It went much more smoothly than I was expecting and I was treated with the utmost courtesy and care. I left my initial visit feeling very impressed. During the first visit, I was measured for the suit/shoes/etc. As I said above, it went very smoothly and was painless. I placed a deposit after the measurements were concluded and picked up my suit the day before (Apr. 27) the wedding. Everything was very fancy and proper and, the next day, fit perfectly. I suppose that the only issue I had was that my shoes were a little tight, but maybe they just felt that way because I was on my feet so much at the wedding. Even if they were a little bit small, they still fit, so that's okay. Due to the amount of alcohol present at the wedding reception, I somehow misplaced the suit's tie that night and had to return the suit the day after the wedding and sans tie. The employee who helped me was very understanding and charged me $15 (roughly) for the missing item. She did say that I would receive a refund if I ultimately found the tie - all I had to do was to bring it in and I'd be reimbursed. Fortunately, my mother found the tie not long after this occurred, so I went back to the store shortly after she gave me the tie and, as promised, I was credited with the amount I originally paid for the missing tie. Even that went very smoothly! This is a nice store - as are all of this business' stores to which I've been - and the employees are cordial and helpful. The store often has sales and offers discounts on many items. It has a rather nice selection of shoes, too. During my first visit here, I bought a pair of casual dress shoes after my suit measurements were taken. I definitely would come back here for any/all needs that I think the store could fulfill. As the Men's Wearhouse CEO states in the company's TV advertisements, "You'll like the way you look," I did during my sister's wedding. Very impressive job, Men's Wearhouse! read more

We have a large bridal party, a total of 8 groomsmen. We scheduled 2 separate appointments for this coming Sunday, 5.23.21 because all of the groomsmen wanted to try on their tux. We booked this appointment 2 months in advance. When my fiancé called to confirm the appointments, they said they did not schedule this and that they would not be accommodating us. When I called back to try to work something out, even if we had to do the appointments on separate days the sales representative laughed at me and then refused to tell me his name once I asked. He was really unprofessional and completely unwilling to compromise with us even though it was their mistake. He was not at all good representative of the company and ruined our experience. I am 6' 3" and weigh 255 lbs so I dont fit well into off the rack clothes. Im mostly a casual guy but needed a new suit for my nephews wedding. I thought the price very reasonable and the personal service and advice during the fitting was helpfull. After about 4 weeks I picked up my new suit and it was perfect....everything it should be. First of all, the suit looked nice and fit well. We do think that 250.00 is very expensive to rent a suit for one evening. If you hit a sale, you could find a new tux for that amount. Also, all of the men in our wedding party were in pain due to such uncomfortable rental shoes. Fortunately one guy had brought an extra pair of shoes to change into. They had one tux rental option for us. They wanted to charge $250. I say that this particular option might not work and that I'll call them if we do need to order it. Then the guy hands me my Dad's measurements and rudely tells me there is a $10 fee for them. Zero heads up of this ahead of time. When you rent a tux make sure you try it on and check that all the buttons, snaps, etc are on your accessories. Some times my guys have gotten their tux and the metal ring on the bow tie is broken, or buttons are missing, or the vest adjusting clip was broken. Today the shirt was so worn out and thin that I refused it. We had to purchase a crisp white shirt for $95. Don't accept a dirty worn out rental. When you are paying $200 to rent a tuxedo, it should be appropriate and clean. read more

So, we were extremely pleased when we walked into MW and were greeted by several staff. Immediately we were assisted by a young gentleman who proved to be very knowledgable and very professional as a clothier... First time in a Men's Warehouse and I have to say the experience wasn't a very good one. I would rate them at one star but there were some saving graces. I won't be calling employees out by name, not that it would have mattered since none of the employees had a visible badge. On my first day in, my family and I were greeted and welcomed promptly. We explained to our salesman what we were looking for and I had my measurements taken. We were shown to a wall, picked outbsome items, and I tried them on. Satisfied with what I had, I perused through some accessories as the person that was helping us was with another customer. Having picked out my items I was ready to check out. I also needed to see if I could get a specific item ordered since this location did not have it. I tried getting the attention of the original person who helped me by excusing myself but, our eyes only met for a split second before he turned his back to us, never again to acknowledge our existence, as if we had somehow offended his ancestors. I'm a patient person, so I let it be. In my attempt to get another person to help, the other employees seemed hesitant to assist us. I started a timer on my phone and placed it on the counter to see how long it would take for the team at this store to acknowledge us. My son made an off hand comment asking why the store phone kept ringing, more on this later. After 3 minutes and 47 seconds we were finally assisted by two other employees. We asked if they could order in an item for us and they genuinely seemed glad to help. After finding the item, being informed of when the approximate time it would arrive, and signing up for their rewards program, I felt satisfied. I found it odd that the people who had been helping us were very apprehensive with ringing us out until our original sales person came back to the counter. They apologized to him and had him log the sale. No effort was made to ensure I was satisfied. When my item was ordered, it was explained that I would notified by email or phone when it was ready for pick up. Fast forward a week, I have no email or phone call from this location about my item. I attempted to call the store to inquire about it but, was never answered. I took a trip to the store to find out in person. Upon entering we get the same greeting as before. While there, another customer was at the front desk and asked why none answered the phone and to my surprise, she was told "we're so busy we don't even bother". I guess this is how the team here is trained? We quickly explain to the person by the counter that we were here to pick up an order. We were told it had already arrived a day or two ago. I politely voiced my disappointment and was greeted by the original person who helped me. He offered the most insincere apology on not being contacted. Having overheard what was said to the other customer moments before, I found it insulting. While checking my item, I glanced down I saw some business cards with names and titles for the employees. I could not believe that the person offering me this half baked apology and lackluster service, is part of the management team at this location. It did however make the apprehensiveness of the employees to assist understandable. My guess, is they work on commission and have seen some form of retaliation had they been credited for any part of the sale. Maybe the management team here need a break so reset themselves or maybe a round of training to get back on track. read more

This place has horrible customer service, David the salesman is rude, condescending and so unprofessional. My wedding coordinator set up an appointment at this store, first of all the groom was using a black t shirt that said groom on it, they had an appointment scheduled she called and provided the information of what they were looking for and David said still asked what are you here for? The groomsmen waited 1/2 hr while David decided to take care of a walk in. After showing only a couple of suits he insulted the groomsmen by saying they were not slim like the coordinator mentioned. she never mentioned that at all what she said was "they are looking for slim fit suits ". one of the groomsmen who is a 10 year army veteran asked if they have a military discount and David said no in a rude way. Then the groomsmen said jokingly "I guess you don't care for Veterans and David said No. I am getting married in May and have my son actively serving our country right now. I am disgusted that someone would treat a veteran who served and put his life in danger on three tours in such an appalling manner. When my family had enough of David's insults they decided to leave and this man had the audacity to say "I knew you were not going to buy anything anyway".
