Went to pick up my son's prom tux and used the QR code to reserve his place in line. Waited 40 minutes and his place in line never changed, even though multiple customers left with their items. Waited by the tux counter and got passed by 3 sales men not helping anyone. Two were taking out boxes and one was talking about a pair of his own shoes. Finally a female sales clerk, who was taking care of another customer as well, finally helped us. She was great! The men working there, less than thrilled. Won't come back here again. read more

Men's warehouse in Henrietta is the most disorganized and the worst ser we have ever experienced. They told us today that they don't carry long ties and we have our sons wedding in 2 days. We rented the suit 3 weeks ago and they never said anything then. We are renting the tie and now we have no tie and we probably won't get our money back. Went to 12 stores absolutely nothing. I recently went to Men's Wearhouse to get a new suit for a string of job interviews coming up. I'm a student with a low budget, and the sales staff was able to quickly help me find something that looks great and was within my price range. They were able to have the suit tailored and ready to go in plenty of time. I was very pleased with the entire experience, and will be going back for further suit-related business. Located in a somewhat cumbersome location right on Ridge Road next to St. John's church. We came in to see about a tux for me and my groomsmen. It was a little bit awkward upon entering the store. A bunch of employees had just finished a smoke break and had returned to the front desk and were hanging around. I felt like we were intruding upon their conversation based on the looks we got. I have no idea how to even start finding a tux (have never done this before) and so I explained to them that very fact. They seemed like they had no idea how to approach my situation, but I was quickly introduced to a gentleman to help us out. He took us over to the right hand corner of the store where they kept the tuxes. The area looked a bit disheveled. He directed us to the first example and gave us the "privilege" of touching the tux material. (He literally said "I'll even let you touch the tux so you know what it feels like.") Really dude? Like I'm not gonna feel the texture to make sure I like that piece of clothing? It was just very odd. He kind of took us through the various mannequins then proceeded to ask us about what my preferences were. It seemed odd as well that they wouldn't let me try on the various styles to see if I liked how they look on me. How the hell do I find out if a tux looks good on me if I can't try it on? Seems pretty jacked up to me. I asked him about that and he said I just have to look at the mannequin and imagine myself in there. Ok, maybe you have a great imagination, but unfortunately I don't. At that point I was pretty sick of dealing with all of this nonsense so I got some pricing info for the potential styles, none of which were less than $140. Decided to go to Tuxedo Junction after that and found some much better deals for very similar quality tuxes and the lady was much nicer to work with. Needless to say, this place was a bust for me. Absolutely fabulous. Both in product and service. They took care of my husband, our fathers, and groomsmen without a single issue and the tuxedos were adorable and well cared for. My brother split his pants and they didn't charge us for the repair on return. Since we used them for our wedding we were gifted with a free suit up to $500 value. We went in and got my man a super hot 3 piece suit and they altered it wonderfully. Great, personable service. We are happy campers. read more

By all rights, this is very overdue. Aaron is now the Store Manager of the Greece NY Mens Warehouse. I met him 8 years ago at the mall when he was a salesman. He's still my salesman. Sometimes I forget that Men's Warehouse is not the most expensive suit store in town, because when I walk in the guys really treat me like it is. I just bought 2 suits from Aaron the other day. When we went to fit them, the tailors had gone home for the day. He did it himself and I was confident he would do ok. I knew if he made a mistake he would make it right, they always do. It turns out, he actually did really, really well and they fit great. Aaron is a jack of all trades and it's obvious he has been a student of his craft, the guy can even measure you up like a seasoned tailor. People make a business, and I'm here to tell you that you have some amazing people at the Greece store (and i'm sure all of the stores). The leadership at the Greece store reminds me of the difference between a good leader and a great leader. Michael Jordan is an example of a great leader. He was arguably the best player of his time, the thing that made him great is that he made everyone else around him better at the same time. read more

We came here for my husbands suit for our wedding along with the groomsmen's suits. We figured this would be easy because the groomsmen were spread across the country. When we visited here to place our order we were taking care of by the assistant manager, we purchased suits and then purchased the ties through the rental side because they had the color that matched the he bridesmaids. The suit order was not suppose to take long at all but we had not heard anything after several months. We called 3 months before the wedding and they didn't have our order anywhere. They kept asking who the groom was, they were talking to the groom, but they couldn't find his suit but could find the groomsmen orders. They had him come in to figure it out, when he showed up they still didn't know anything and the manager was just sitting in back playing on his phone. Eventually the girl that worked for the rental side got involved and found the order but they still didn't have his actual suit which was over a month late. They took another 2 weeks to get his suit. Then they said the ties wouldn't be in till 2 days before the wedding which was wrong as well. They had to pick a prom date to order them for, their system was requiring it so I remember they were suppose to be in 2 weeks prior to the wedding. Eventually everything did arrive and nothing was wrong afterwards but they never even apologized or acknowledged their error. Would never shop here again. Weddings and funerals are already stressful enough without them losing your orders without a care. read more

My daughters wedding was 9-3-16 and we ordered our tuxes from Mens Warehouse. The day I picked up my tux it was not even close to fitting me. I found out later that Four of the eight tuxes had to be redone and mine was the worst...and we were all measured at different men's warehouse locations! My coat sleeves needed altering-2" too long, the Pant legs 2" too long, the crotch was almost to my knees and the coat button had to move 2" tighter. Because I never got an email that the tux was ready I picked it up the day before to find all these problems! They were great about fixing them that day but I had to leave the rehearsal dinner that night to go try it on again and get it. It fit but, the crotch was bad and the coat would have hidden a big belly if I had one. I knew that they couldn't fix the crotch without ordering new pants. I complained that the manager that they should know I wasn't happy and it went nowhere. So, I am telling you I'm not happy. For a tux that I paid over $200 to rent should have fit like a glove. My experience was with Mens Wearhouse online store and customer service. I purchased both a shirt and pair of pants several weeks ago so that they would arrive in time for a wedding that I was attending. When I checked out I was told that the items would be delivered at the end of the week in which they were purchased. Three days go by and I get an email saying only the shirt that had been ordered was shipped and the pants had not. I call customer service to figure out what's going on so that I can get the issue corrected. I get told that the shirt was sent to a store and the pants had been sent to their warehouse and that's why the items would be coming separately. Which is no big deal. I then get an email from FedEx saying that the shirt wont be delivered for another 10 days. Again I call customer service to try and resolve the issue. This time I speak with a very unpleasant women who states that all items have to go through processing that can take three to five business days and then are shipped. Which isn't what I was told when I purchased the items. Once shipped the items again take five to seven business days to reach the consumer. Again not what I was told. I would have never purchased the items had I known that I would be waiting 2 weeks or more to possibly receive just one item. For a company that states they "specialize in weddings" I find this to be an extremely disappointing and dissatisfying business practice. So at this point I now have to spend additional money on items to wear to the wedding. When I was on the phone with the woman from customer service who was not only unpleasant to speak with but also made it abundantly clear that i was inconveniencing her by calling I also asked how the refund policy worked. I assumed that since the pants that I ordered had not shipped and were still in the Wearhouse the order simply could be cancelled and that money could be refunded for the pants only since the shirt had already been shipped. However, I was mistaken and was told that no items could be cancelled and that all items could be returned after I received them either via the website or to a store and that the money would be refunded to my card five days after the return in the most abrasive and inconsiderate tone. Honestly I will NEVER do business with nor will I allow any friend or family member of mine to do business with Mens Warehouse. I had been warned by various close friends and family members that the company seemed to have questionable business practices. I wish I would have listened. read more

If I could give a 0 I would. I have NEVER had such terrible service. My husband's shirt was two sizes too big while his vest was too small which makes no sense, and the father of the bride's vest was two sisters too small after three separate fittings. The suggestion the day of the wedding was to cut the vest and sew something in ourselves. Unfortunately, my husband also left his watch in the bag and only remembered partially into our 6 hour drive back home. We called to say our brother in law had just dropped off all of the suits and asked them to see if the watch was in the bag. Patrick answered with an initial response of "well you can come dig through the bags here in the store" so we explained they were JUST dropped off and it was difficult to personally get there but the next response was "well we have like three hundred suits here so, like I said before, feel free to come look yourself" so instead of making a family member go out of their way we went back to look ourselves, and second suit back (of the 12 dropped off, not 300) had his watch in it. It would have taken 15 seconds for the staff to do their job and provide even half way decent customer service. read more

Pathetic, immature salestaff, "20 something" year olds, first kid with a motor mouth kept repeating the "if you buy two of these, the second one is half off", i even had to correct him, as he mistakenly quoted a price which was clearly depicted on a pair of pants. For whatever reason, he summons another "kid" salesman (HINT: #1 rule of retailing: STAY WITH YOUR PROSPECTIVE CONSUMER, you should develop a rapport, and maybe even consummate a sale, DUH!). Bad enough to leave my wife snd i hanging, but this second inept salesman kept screwing up our simple and basic inquiries with respect to our order. We wanted to rent an item, less than $25, but this kid wanted a photo identification, even after acknowledgibg my identity via their records as i had previously spent $1500.00 in that store. I gave him my drivers license, asked him why he needed it (again, due to already having acknowledged my identity via the prior sale, whereas i was never asked for a photo ID), at which time this goofy kid quips: "" because i dont trust who you say you are ..." With that, My wife and i left that store, vowing to never return again. I immediately called the store back requesting to speak to the manager in order to complain about this poor service, and was assured that he would call me right back. HINT: I'm still waiting, he never called back. So then i contacted the Mens wearhouse website, had an online chat with a customer service rep, who ASSURED that a "management team" would call me the very next day, as my complaint was of "deep concern". HINT: Im still waiting, nobody ever called. MORAL OF THE STORY: STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE, PATHETIC SERVICE, WONT EVEN HONOR YOUR COMPLAINT, SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE, as there are many other highly reputable mens clothing stores in tbe Rochester area.
