Also, make sure you sign in and get a sticker from the front desk, so everyone knows you have the right to be there. The adoption process was quick and smooth, and employees were friendly and helpful. The fee for adopting a kitten is always $45, and adult cats like Nellie are $5 (right now). This includes altering, microchipping, appropriate vaccinations, vet records, and a small bag of cat food. Wow! To me, Nellie is special, but all the animals are deserving of love, and the shelter is always in danger of overcrowding in the summer. Maybe you'll find your new best friend there!

They gave me a delivery date for my toy teacup maltipoo and everything went great. He arrived exactly when they said he would. He arrived clean, happy, and healthy with all of his paperwork and food. I took him to the vet the next day and they said he was in great shape, healthy, and had a great personality. He looked exactly like the photos and his personality is perfect. It seems like they likely represent multiple breeders given the volume of dogs they have on the site but my experience was great.

Since bringing her home, she has been coughing continuously. After spending an additional $906 on veterinary visits and diagnostic testing, we are hopeful that she is finally on the road to recovery. Four weeks later, she is still coughing quite a bit, although her appetite has improved significantly. I understand that breeders need to establish policies and guidelines when selling puppies. However, every reputable breeder I have worked with in the past has required a veterinary examination within the first three days of bringing the puppy home and has provided health coverage for issues identified within the first 14 days. The reason for these policies is simple: responsible breeders do not want to place sick puppies in their new homes and are willing to stand behind the health of the animals they sell. This experience has been both emotionally and financially difficult, and I am disappointed that no responsibility has been taken for a condition that was clearly present when we brought our puppy home.

After booking a future appointment, I was then called and informed that they would be cancelling and no longer providing services for my dog moving forward. While I understand any business can choose to discontinue service, the decision felt abrupt given the history of prior incidents and lack of resolution or discussion. Overall, I am disappointed with both the safety experience and the way the situation was handled. I would not feel comfortable recommending this groomer to others.

This was the most beautiful end of life with Dr Dana and our fur baby Bear. She was kind and…read moreallowed us time to remember how much joy Bear has brought to our lives. We all sat on the floor with Bear surrounding him with love while photos and videos played on our TV screen and talked about our favorite times with him. Dr Dana did not rush and Bear went to sleep peacefully. She brought a stretcher in and covered him with flowers before taking him to the transport vehicle to be cremated. A woman messaged me suggesting I donate to her charity, and provided pictures of the pamphlet they have with all the information. She was great at answering my messages (messaging me back at midnight to confirm she is coming the next day, and confirmed the next day as well). She and a guy came in and took all our excess furniture off our hands! We had a great experience! She was really friendly. I will add that she didn't take a chair because it had animal hair on it. I am sure if I asked her she can help transport it to a dumpster she would agree. P.S., this organization helps serve many people--some of which are Black. This i a great time to donate since this charity is a way of supporting the Black Lives Movement. Due to COVID-19, a lot of companies, such as Salvation Army, aren't open. This is one way to donate!
